I'm really impressed with 1st-Line. I'll just say it, I was looking at machines from Whole Latte Love, and after speaking with a sales person I decided to look elsewhere. 1st-Line had everything I was looking for and the customer service was superb. All of the questions I asked in the QA on different products were answered either by the end of the day or the following day, and this was done in a very professional manner. The items I ordered were sent promptly and arrived in perfect condition. I will not hesitate to reach out to them if I stumble across any problems, as I am confident they will be willing to work with me. I will highly recommend 1st-Line to anyone looking for espresso or coffee related items.

I ordered a brand new MaraX. It shipped quickly, but arrived with technical issues due to UPS handling. I emailed 1st-Line's tech support and received an immediate response with helpful steps to repair the problem myself. I was even called by Jim himself to make sure the steps helped and the machine was running properly!

Got my questions on a replacement part answered promptly and received my order with the replacement part in a few days. Back in making espresso in less than a week.

After a lot of shopping, I found an excellent price on a recently discontinued espresso machine at 1st-Line. Ordering was straightforward, I got good status updates via email, and the machine was delivered in excellent condition on time. I'm super happy with the whole purchase experience. I was initially a bit skeptical of 1st-Line given their slightly primitive website compared to some other resellers, but their website had a lot of helpful information beyond just machine specs, and I discovered that they're active and recommended on espresso forums, so I gave them my business. Very, very pleased.

Really fast shipping, nicely packed and a lot of information on the machine and grinder thru their website content and videos on youtube. I believe they even check every machine before shipping out. I can’t wait to fire up the machine and start using today.

After much research on quality tampers, I decided to purchase a Reg Barber. I discovered the company had gone out of business and that very few vendors still had the item in inventory. Fortunately, I was able to find my size tamper (58mm) at 1st coffee. I phoned the company and was told they only had "pink" handled tampers. Pink is NOT my favorite color, but the scarcity of Reg Barber tampers throughout the industry outweighed my concern. In the end, the tamper arrived in perfect condition and stands out next to my Appartamento. One star was subtracted from rating since I was initially told by 1st coffee that they only had pink tampers left in their inventory. I see on their website they now have Reg Barber Gold tampers in my size.
