I had a good experience overall
I had a good experience overall. I would have given 5 stars, but i had to query a "free service" i still had not received within 6 days of my incorporation. In their defense, I reached out to a very responsive customer support, and my problem was resolved within 24hrs.
However 1stFormations could solve this problem in their on boarding document. Adding some clear timeframe ranges on services that are supplied by external entities. Of course, this would be guided on what service level agreements have been set with these entities, but adding the timeframe info would go along way to help avoiding future confusion.

Having reviewed the correspondence relating to your order, I can see that this matter became confusing and frustrating, and I apologise for that. Your order involved identity verification requirements for more than one individual, and while some parts of the process had been completed successfully, there was still an outstanding requirement relating to the Personal Verification Code submission. Unfortunately, our follow-up communication did not make this distinction as clearly as it should have done.
From the correspondence, I can see there may have been some misunderstanding regarding whose verification and PVC submission remained outstanding. It appears that you believed you were being repeatedly asked to provide your own PVC, when in fact the remaining requirement related to another individual connected to the application. At the same time, there were also issues during the ID verification process, including discrepancies between the name and address information provided for yourself and the supporting documents submitted, which meant additional clarification and further checks were required before we could proceed.
We fully appreciate that, from your perspective, this would have felt repetitive and unnecessary, particularly where you had already taken steps to respond and provide information. However, due to our compliance obligations, we are required to ensure that the information and verification documents submitted match the details held on the application before an order can move forward.
We accept that we could have handled this more clearly by setting out, in plain language, exactly what had already been completed, what was still outstanding, and which individual the remaining action related to. We apologise that this was not explained more clearly at the time and that this contributed to your frustration.
I am pleased to see that the matter was ultimately resolved and that the compliance checks were completed. However, I am sorry that your experience leading up to that point was not a positive one.
Please accept our sincere apologies once again for the confusion and inconvenience caused. If you would like to discuss your experience further, I would be more than happy to help.
