I am absolutely furious with 1st Formations. I spent my entire day going through your registration process, filled out all the details, paid the fee — and only AFTER all of this did you reject my application simply because I am based in Pakistan.
This is completely unacceptable. If your service does not support Pakistani residents, WHY is it not clearly stated on your website and packages BEFORE a customer pays? You wasted my entire day and caused me significant stress and frustration.
The least a professional company can do is be TRANSPARENT about who they can and cannot serve. A simple note saying 'We do not accept applications from Pakistani residents' would have saved me hours of my time.
Yes, you refunded my money — but you cannot refund my wasted time and the mental stress this caused. This is not how a reputable business should operate.
I strongly warn any Pakistani-based person or non-resident Pakistani — DO NOT waste your time with 1st Formations. They will take you through the entire process and reject you at the end without any prior warning.
Sheer unprofessionalism. Very disappointing.

Following recent updates to our onboarding procedures, we are currently unable to accept new company registration applications from certain countries due to compliance, technical, and operational requirements. Unfortunately, Pakistan is one of the jurisdictions that is not currently supported. These restrictions are applied at a policy level and are not a reflection of any individual applicant or business.
To ensure transparency, we maintain a comprehensive list of eligible countries on our website, allowing prospective customers to confirm their eligibility before submitting an application. We understand that this outcome may have been disappointing and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We also have a payment-blocking system in place for applications where an address from an unsupported country is entered. In this instance, I can see that a UK billing address was provided, which allowed the payment to be processed successfully. Had your actual residential address been entered at the time of application, the payment would have been automatically blocked, and a message would have confirmed that we were unable to proceed with the order.
As a result, we were only able to identify that your residential address was located in an unsupported jurisdiction after the application had been submitted.
We hope this clarification helps explain the process and reassures you that we are committed to providing clear eligibility requirements and transparency to all prospective customers before they proceed with our services.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thank you again for your feedback; we wish you all the best in your business endeavours.
