Mod 1 passed on my first attempt — thank you, Mike!
And here I am today — I’ve passed my Module 2 test and am now riding my own bike freely!
I’d especially like to mention a true living legend, Pepsi, who is well-known in the industry. After my first Mod 2 attempt didn’t go as planned, his one-to-one training sessions gave me the knowledge, experience, and motivation I needed to succeed. His support and expert guidance made all the difference — thank you, Pepsi!

My experience at 1 stop was amazing. They really help you throughout and make sure you can pass. Did my CBT, A2 and now just passed the A licence. All instructors are great. Big shoutout to all the help from Tony, Kev and Steve. Very friendly team. Highly recommend to family and friends as I’m not sure I can do a higher licence than direct access! lol!

Did CBT here with my son. Booking was easy. Communications were easy - they are very responsive and helpful.
On the day it's all well set out. The instructor was very knowledgeable and the layout / structure of the course works really well - ultimately making sure you're able to take to the roads safely.

I attended my CBT training on Wednesday, 29th October at 1 Stop Instruction Beckton (IG11 0AD), booked through RideTo. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Before starting, I told the instructor that I had only ridden a bicycle before and was new to motorcycles. As English is my second language, I sometimes struggled to follow his instructions, but instead of showing patience, he was rude, raised his voice several times, and kept asking how long I have been in the UK. His behaviour made me feel singled out and disrespected because of my background and accent. After about 40 minutes of road riding, he told me to leave the premises without proper explanation. The whole experience was stressful, unprofessional, and discouraging. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially beginners or those from different language or cultural backgrounds.

Instructors were brilliant. They gave clear precise instructions and are very informative. I don’t agree with the first come first out system when it comes to going out on the road because if you turn up by car and the gates are locked and your then waiting until you see people open the gates that’s very frustrating when you actually arrived quite early. Also please advertise only people who speak English should be applying for their CBT. If they can’t understand basic instructions there clearly not safe on the roads it wastes everyone’s time and delays time everything stopping every 2 seconds. Apart from that a really enjoyable experience good location easy to get to.

The worst experience ever in my life, when I took a CBT course at the Tottenham branch.
One of the instructors at this training centre was rude and nervous. He was very angry and would constantly yell and humiliate you if you made a mistake.
We could understand, but in practice, it takes time to do so. All the time, he doesn't let you talk and shouts and says, "You have an understanding problem".
I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone, especially to women and non-native English speakers.

Passed my CBT and DAS with 1 Stop Instruction a few years ago. Over the years I recommended to my friends as best training provider. Recently my overview changed due to fact that CBT - compulsory basic training is treated as Advanced Training. Students get constructive negative feedback rather than encouragement to progress and learn.

It no longer feels like a place for learning — it feels like a business first, training second. 1 Stop Business.

I have done 7 CBT's, 4 with 1 Stop who are by far the best I have experienced. Friendly, thorough, engaging and patient. Highly recommended.

As a first time learner I felt very great how the instructors gave traing. I never road motor bike on road. But still I road the bike on road with confidense. Although I couldn’t get the cerftificat for this time but I have learnt what are the point I need to keep in mind and focus. As an Instructor Alex is very very supportive person. He was keep trying to give me opportunity until I am not grtting it right because he cares about his students. He had enough valid readon to disqualify, but he was trying to show me what are things I need to care and improve. Failure didn’t make me loser, it helped me to know what I need to care about and improve. I beleive the next ride will be the pan cake ride. I would strongly reccomend before book any test check if you can get traing with Alex. Even you fail you will not feel bad.Because life is more valuable than money.
