I have had a nightmare experience with this company. I recently went to purchase a dlc however the website buffered everytime on the checkout screen, leading me to think the transaction never went through. I later found out id been charged 4 times. this was over a week ago, and since then I have filed tickets, emailed multiple times and now im leaving my second review as another attempt to get their attention. WHERE IS MY KEY
I am extremely disappointed with this situation.
I ordered Resident Evil 2 remake deluxe edition just right now. However, I did NOT receive any game key immediately after purchase. It’s shown that there are a technical problem in the key granting system. This is completely unacceptable.
I’ve already contacted Support and at this point I am doing nothing but waiting, which is ridiculous considering I have already paid for the product. There is absolutely no guarantee that I will actually receive the key for my RE2.
As a paying customer, I expect:
A clear confirmation that my Resident Evil 2 remake WILL receive a valid key.
An explanation as to why keys are not being delivered immediately after purchase.
Right now, this feels like I paid for something and got nothing in return. That seriously damages my trust on your service.
If this issue is not resolved properly and promptly, I will have to reconsider using your platform in the future.
No Game Key Received – Serious Concern About My Preorder
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this situation.
I preordered Resident Evil 9 a few days ago, and today I also purchased Resident Evil 4 Remake. However, I did NOT receive any game key immediately after purchase. This is completely unacceptable.
I have already contacted Support and at this point I am doing nothing but waiting, which is ridiculous considering I have already paid for the product. There is absolutely no guarantee or reassurance that I will actually receive the key for RE9 when it becomes available, especially when I couldn’t even get the key for RE4 Remake right away.
As a paying customer, I expect:

A timeline for when I will receive the missing key for Resident Evil 4 Remake.

2 more after I bought 2 keys can't reveal them on the web
Back in last days of November, one Dead by Daylight DLC and A Dead by Daylight Dating Sim game were free, 0$ on the 2Game web. I sign up for the first time ever on this web because it seemed nice and it was free and got the 2 keys, obviously free, didn't need to pay nothing through paypal or something. I got the invoice email for the order, everything good, but didnt redeemed on that moment on Steam because I didnt have enough time, so yesterday I tried to do it, and I couldn't reveal the 2 keys to see them on my 2Game account. I already contact them to solve it and they say "The event has been canceled due to incomplete payment" which event? I got the 2 games correctly, didn't need to pay anything for them because they were free on 27th November and I received that day the email confirming the order, I can send all the screenshots showing that. So sad that apparently I lost access to my keys after 1 months and 20 days, they never told me that that could happens... I did nothing wrong, I want that DLC and game I bought.
EDIT after 2game "reply": Yes it was a completed transaction, but eh order was 0.00$ so of course it didnt need a payment method, as you say in your email invoice "Payment Method
No Payment Information Required" I can send you all the info confirming this, but I see you wont help me giving me my keys

A nightmarish experience. I purchased a game code on the Microsoft platform. I did not receive the code by email. I created an account, and after clicking on the box labelled "reveal code," a message appeared telling me to contact support. I contacted them and wrote about the problem: I DO NOT HAVE THE GAME CODE I PAID FOR. Over the next five emails, I was thanked for my patience, but the code was not sent. I threatened to report the fraud to my credit card issuer. Finally, I was asked for a screenshot. (I don't know why, since they probably know whether they sent me the code or not). I sent the screenshot and was instructed to make a return, which I will receive around 6 January. Now I am trying to delete my account and I get the message: Internal Server Error. After my previous experiences, I am not going to contact support about this. If you have nerves of steel, don't mind wasting your money, have a lot of time and don't really care about receiving what you bought, then I recommend this website. Otherwise, consider yourself warned.

Very disappointing experience. I paid for a game, but the key was not delivered. Order showed as completed, yet no product was provided. Customer support was slow and unhelpful, giving vague excuses instead of solving the issue. Feels unreliable and not trustworthy. I do not recommend 2game.com

UPDATE : I have received the key. However, I must say that this was a very unpleasant experience that i can't reveal my key without explanation and simply said to 'Contact Support. As a customer, I expect a smoother process. I hope 2Game takes this feedback seriously and improves the automated system to avoid this happening to others.

Not only did the customer service reply to me very quickly, but they also efficiently and effectively helped me resolve the issue. Terrible. Don't buy here, I'll never buy again, it's literally a rip-off. It's not reliable at all. I bought the Elden Ring DLC and it was pending for almost 24 hours. Then I received a message from support saying "your order has been completed" and it was just canceled and they didn't even refund the money. It was a rip-off, they didn't deliver the product and didn't refund the money.
