Game ordered. Instead of allowing me to reveal the key, I got a "Contact Support" status. Now over the promised few seconds ready, you have to wait for support to answer something, yikes.

Update: support answered in a few hours and set the key so all good. Just accept that there is a chance of hiccups.

Bought a Microsoft game key, the payment came through but I got no key to redeem. I contacted the support but they didn't respond until now.

Fulfilled a preorder made years ago very quickly with no issues, despite the fact that the game had changed significantly during development, and edition changed.

Oh my days the keys are so damn cheap! And if something wrong happens, in 30 mins their customer support will fix it, i love this!

I bought a game from 2Game and got charged, but never received the game code. I reached out to their support team, they were actually really quick and polite, which I appreciated. But, instead of sending me the code, they just gave me a refund.

I’m glad they refunded me, but it’s frustrating that I never got what I paid for in the first place. Other sites like Green Man Gaming or Humble have always sent the code and handled refunds if something went wrong, which feels more reliable.

Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be buying from 2Game again.

Cannot delete account. Price was much higher than advertised. Seems like a scam.

I ordered a game in 2019, that has been delayed a few times until today. The steam code wasn't in my account. I contacted the service, and the problem has been solved very quickly, and has a gesture they offered me an upgrade of the edition of the game.
I recommend using this site and I will use it again.

I bought the wrong version of the currency I needed, support contacted me to confirm it was the right version so I had the possibility to refund before receiving it. It was a fast reply to my contact and really helpful.
