Purchased a steam key for the Mafia Trilogy from the 2K store over 48 hours ago and still haven't received it. No response from the order lookup inquiry, customer support inquiry nor my pay pal resolution center claim. 10/10 would never recommend purchasing through their store. Literally could have ordered a physical copy from Amazon and had the game already.

**UPDATE**Just wanted to add an update to this as I did finally receive the steam key from them. Took 84 hours for it to finally come through. The customer support inquiry I opened finally followed up over a week later...after I received the key...to advise they couldn't cancel the order now. All in all, still wouldn't recommend ever purchasing through their digital store unless you don't mind waiting close to 4 days for a steam key.

2K COMPANY IS A SCAMMER!!! I purchased nba 2K20 from 2k.com, I tried to cancel the order couple hours after I purchased the order, on their website it says you can request cancel the order on the same day of the purchase, I did that couple hours later after they took my money right away. I got the automatic email back says the customer service will get back my message in 24 hours, but no one answers until 3 days later, they email me said the order has shipped! I do not want the order, all I was asking is a Simply cancel and refund. They are trying to Scam people’s money when we accidentally purchased something and they will ignore your cancellation, they don’t accept return or refund when the order is shipped. That’s ridiculous! Not a professional company!!! It’s a scamming company!!! Worst customer service ever!!! Scam people’s money on the pandemic, need to report their website for scamming people’s money!!!
If you are confident about your product, you should have accept return or refund.

Terrible gameplay, has not been improved since I started playing basketball video games. Only has gotten worse over the years. Probably will never buy a 2K game again unless they finally start to make the gameplay better

Fix the game already. Been playing basketball games since NBA Live 2000, seemingly getting worse in the consistency department. When playing someone, press jump and they will miss the shot. What my 88 year old grandmother could make ( granted she could ball back in her day ), the All Time Best Bulls team should be making that shot as well. Let me lose the game. Don’t lose the game for me. Absolute hog wash. I can’t imagine how Lebron feels missing wide open lay ups, or stepping out of bounds out of nowhere, or bail out pass to the corner goes 5 rows deep, or the fact that it’s so obvious 2K picks who it wants to win the moment the ball is tipped. Fix it already. The graphics are fine. The storyline is ridiculously overboard, we just wanna make an open 3 with Peja what is this some kind of sick joke.

If I could give one star I would 2k need to let actually ball Players make the game because obviously they don’t be knowing what the f### actually goes on on the court

I'm truly hating the inconsistency of the game. One play you can dunk. The same situation the next time you do a lay up or some other animation. I'm playing and sliding on defense hit my stick to go the other way and it reaches you to the side and never went the opposite direction like I pushed the controller to do. I miss so many lay ups and watch the other guy make the same lay up. There's no consistency in the game play. It looks good... It's just not for me I guess. Oh well next game. #noto2k

this game is garbage

Sucks so bad. Don’t buy it it’s a waste of your money. Ronnie the owner doesn’t know how to manage the game and is gay and like to go to his boyfriends house instead of worrying about his gay game

For 2k to be such a big gaming franchise, it has extremely underperformed with NBA 2k20. There are many bugs in the games especially in MyCareer. And the game essentially picks what games you will lose and win in MyCareer. The creators have tried to make the game so realistic that the game has become unrealistic. Especially when it comes to running plays successfully and them constantly ending with wide open missed shots from either you or your Ai teammates. Considering that these players are in the NBA, they wouldn’t miss a wide open layup on a fast break.

There are so many glitches in the game, and rep stoppages aswell and matchmaking on there are unfair and my game randomly can't stop going so fast in the career mode i emailed 2k support and its been three days with no reply
FORTNITE IS BETTER THAN THIS GARBAGE.

2K are A terrible Game company. They have messed Up on 2k20 So badly. They should lose their wwe licence. WWE should Take it off them the game is full of faults and bugs and hardly anything works as it’s supposed to.

This game is absolutely terrible. If I could give it -5 stars I would. The mechanics and story line are complete trash.

If you are reading this before making a purchase, keep in mind that you may need to wait 48 hours for your activation code. This is unacceptable in 2020. It should be available immediately after the purchase. They didn't wait for two days to charge the my card, it was charged instantly. What a lame, archaic store. You'd be better off buying from Steam.

Their support promised me that they would tell me an answer but I’m already waiting for 3 days. Btw i still have hope because their worker James K was very kind guy and was helping me.

Stopped supporting games on Geforce Now after a couple of months. Cost me money and refused to supply key to unlock on Steam of refund. Kept sending template replies indicating they could do what they like, when they like. Guess I'll do what I like and not spend any more money on their games ever again. #boycott

this is the worst game ever trust me dont buy it, it is the most unrealistic sports game you will ever play. mycareer is the worst game mode i have ever played

I am very very unpleased with the answer I got from the support after more than 3 weeks, without any notification btw that the ticket was closed many days ago.
I asked for a valid activation key for Bioshock on Steam as I purchased many year ago the Box version of the game. I wanted to add it to my library because it was one of my favorites but my old CD Key didn't work on steam. After many exchanges and photos sent to prove that my copy was genuine the answer was : "We don't give any steam keys anymore" that's it.
So now I am asking, what I am suppose to do? When I purchased the game I also purchased the right use it when ever I want, I am wrong? The Licence is supposed to be a lifelong one. They might argue that I can still use the DVD but who still uses an optical drive in their PC anymore?
So upset with this lack of customer consideration that I won't purchase anymore games coming from their studio. I know It doesn't change anything for them anyway.

Incredible that in 2020 one has to wait 48 h for a digital online purchase.
