Customer service in resolving issues does not exist

I have contacted 2squaredagency & Unlike Humans via a number of emails in an attempt to resolve it's incorrect delivery of an Unlike Humans UH09 t-shirt. XL ordered but medium sent in XL packaging. None have replied, although it's funny all of their promotional emails still come through. 2squaredagency run Unlike Humans, Android Homme, Rascal and seem they are not prepared to resolve the simplest of mistakes made by them with their customers.
