We stayed in Villa Coyaba #402 it was dirty
We stayed in Villa Coyaba #402. It was our 3rd year staying here, and we were totally disappointed this year the condo was dirty and we had multiple problems. Maintenance did come & fix some of the items but if you’re going to raise the price, you need to at least maintain what’s in the condo.
We still have no ice maker, they came to fix it Monday and it still is not working. We have had to go get ice every day. This is a huge inconvenience.
We had no TV in living room until they fixed it on Monday.
They also had to fix whatever was loose and making a loud vibrating noise in our laundry room, which rattled in one of the bedrooms.
The dryer doesn’t dry.
We arrived and still only have about 5 washcloths for 6 people. We shouldn’t have to use a hand towel to shower.
There were hostess wrappers on the floor in my room when we arrived.
The pillow cases in one room are dirty and the decorative pillows unacceptable with stains on one of the beds.
The drains in the jack n jill bathroom were clogged when we arrived, they fixed that Monday.
The shower curtain in one bath is visibly dirty with blood or chocolate when we arrived.
A kitchen drawer is broken and obviously has been propped up for some time.
Doorstop has clearly been propped up.
There is a lightbulb out in one bath (maintenance had so much to do here Monday we forgot to tell them)
We fixed the broken clock in the living room.
It took me reaching out on Facebook to get a response, and customer service has not been good. They did offer $200 back. Totally not worth the money, felt like we were accommodating problems on our vacation.
We normally book with Kimberly who to this day has not responded to any emails. Candace was the person who responded once we were back.
It really fell short of the experiences we had here in years previous. Something has certainly changed here and it’s not in the best interest of the customers.

We stayed at Villa Coyaba 301 and If I could rate it 10 stars I would! The unit was beautiful and had everything you could need to stay. It was so clean and the view was to die for! Perfect location and was the perfect amount of room. Plenty of towels and the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen! Book with 360 and I promise You want be disappointed! I will definitely book this place again!

Staying with 360 Blue was an absolute pleasure. Everything and anything we needed was provided. 360 Blue employees were so accommodating and always responded efficiently. Our stay was an 11/10. We are currently planning our second stay with 360 Blue, only days after leaving our first.

Our family stayed at Long to Sea in Seagrove Beach. It was fantastic! If you are looking for a beautiful, roomy, and comfortable home, this one's for you! It is just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants are nearby. We can't wait to come back!!

We stayed at Pura Vida on Cape San Blas and were impressed with the little extra touches 360 Blue provided.
Things like a dry bag, beach blankets, and nice toiletries were much appreciated.
Additionally, we found the house to be exceptionally clean!
Hope to come back again soon.

Loved the condo and lodging very nice. But the beach access is too far without a golf cart. Hard for elderly and children to access especially on very hot days. Only spent 1 of 4 days at beach for that reason.

Just Beachy
We have stayed at Villa Coyaba for the last several years and have loved it. This year was a perfect vacation. It’s all ocean view and right on the beach. Highly recommend it. They are all 4 bedrooms some having a bunk room too. No problems this year.

This is an awesome condo with a spacious floor plan and views to die for. Loved the experience and we will return to this property.
Our only comment is the lack of urgency and issue finding a third party for the repair of the HVAC system at 83 degrees for two days.

Excellent Stay
We stayed at the Looking Glass house and had a wonderful experience. The house was very clean and close to the beach. When we contacted the 360 Blue staff with an issue with the golf cart, they were always very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

We stayed in 10 Watercolor #301. By far one of the nicest units we have stayed in over the last 12 years. Well stocked and well situated on the park. The owners obviously care about the design of their unit. The only confusion , and it is an easy fix, was the information on the bikes was not correct and we could not identify them. We ended up not using them. All other information and amenity requirements were complete. Another excellent week on 30A

We love Sarayu
We love Sarayu! It is a beautiful house, and it’s location on the beach and the mouth of Eastern Lake is awesome! So much to do! The house accommodated 8 adults with 7 children with room to spare! The upstairs bunk room is perfect for the kids! The newly renovated kitchen is grand and is outfitted with every appliance and utensil one could possibly need! This was our 6th year with 360Blue and 2nd year at Sarayu! Hope to be back for a third next summer!

360 All the way!!!
We rented "It's About Thyme" in Seagrove for our family of 22. Perfect house, very clean, amazing game room to entertain the children and wonderful pool as well. two dishwashers, two washers and dryers worked so well for us! Very close proximity to the beach access and to Seaside. Hope Coker was on top of our every need. She definitely gets a 5 star! We had a few issues in the kitchen but they were taken care of immediately. My only suggestion is to provide more bathroom towels. If the house sleeps 28, 3 sets of towels for each person would be awesome so as not to spend our vacation in the laundry room! We will not consider renting from anyone else in the future. Thank you for a wonderful week with family

The ice maker in refrigerator was broken and 360 didn’t even know this. They offered to bring ice but if never showed up.

THE GETAWAY was a true getaway…
THE GETAWAY was a true getaway experience! This 6 bedroom house was clean, cool, and very comfortable. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with the main area having a half bathroom. The king & queen beds very comfortable, and the living room provided adequate seating for all 12 of us. There were plenty of dishes & cookware for a large group and all the appliances worked without a problem. The AC was terrific at cooling the entire house. The private pool was perfect for chilling in small groups. With one brief phone call to 360 Blue a pool attendant came out within 20 minutes & we were back to using the pool in an hour. Amazing service! Beach access was immediately across the road. With only a short walk, you found yourself at the ocean! We used the concierge service to reserve umbrellas & chairs. This was so convenient! Overall we has a positive experience using 360 Blue as our rental agent. They were courteous, prompt, helpful, and easy to contact. We loved the location and appreciate the conditions of the house and its surroundings. We will use 360 Blue again and will recommend them to others.

Barefoot Bliss - Wonderful!
This was our first time renting in this area and through 360Blue, and it was a great experience! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. The location on the beach was not only convenient, but provided amazing views all week long. We also enjoyed the fact that it was a quiet, empty beach. We will definitely rent from 360Blue again!

Best house and service experience we had in over 20 years vacationing at a beach
The 360 company was very quich to respond to our needs or concerns and solved any issues we had which were not many. My only complaint we be the initial information was lacking until the day before our arrival. for example, they had beach towels at the house which was very helpful, however we all packed beach towels in our suite cases which we would not have to have done if we knew they were provided. We have been taking family vacations forever 20 years mostly to beaches in North Carolina and South Carolina and this house was by far the nicest,cleanist, best equipped, largest and cleanest swimming pool of all the houses we have been to. I would highly recommend this house and 360 service.
