We took out the package which includes a bank account, but cash plus could not setup bank account as 360formations was too slow to make the company and therefore cash plus could not recognise the company name or number. Email 360formations and they said the bank account is an added extra and not actually included in the package.

Hello Richard,
Thank you for your review.
We refer our customers to banks such as Cashplus as soon as the company has been formed, therefore it is not possible to be "too slow" to form the company. We cannot refer a limited company if the company has not been formed.
As you can see from our packages page the bank referral is an added benefit and is not included in the package. The reason for this is because we do not have control whether the bank will accept you as a client or not. This is the case mainly for customers in riskier industries.

An extremely cheap, quick and efficient means of setting up a company
I recently wanted to create a new company (truthfully, little more than a shell) in order to be able to apply for a spot in a desirable local office; as I only wanted to spend the absolute minimum and needed the Certificate of Incorporation ASAP, I chose 360 Company Formations.
And was not disappointed! For just £9.99, I obtained my Certificate within 24 hours (you can, of course, spend more in order to set up a more fully-fleshed company; you get a menu of options at the beginning of the process).
All in all, highly recommended.
