Bad delivery and communication about delivery

Delivery via Mondial Relay and communication about status of delivery with 365Rider and Pick up point was very bad. It took me several e-mails and phonecalls to get my package.

However, we would like to clarify that the shipment was correctly dispatched and delivered via Mondial Relay, and the package was available at the selected pickup point.
Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, the delivery process and pickup-point handling depend on the transport provider. Despite this, our customer service team remained available and provided assistance until the order was successfully collected.
We take note of your feedback to continue improving communication, but we must emphasize that the delivery itself was completed correctly.

The company is unreliable

The company is unreliable. I’ve returned my trainers to them on 30/09 , we are on 26/11 and I had no refined but endless emails to not do so. Please , anyone who buys internationally from them , AVOID ! Scammers.

Very bad service !!!!

Ι had ordered 2 pair of shoes a month ago, and they informed me first now that they have had an internal issue so it will be a delay in the shipping .I was planning to give them as a present so now the suprice is gone.I asked to relocate and in my first 2 message the did not reply and the 3rd one they told that now is too late to change the shipping address.What a sack service is this...

solution for same price - appreciated !

The shoes I ordered were no longer available in my size after I placed my order. 365Rider offered me three other options (three other colours) at the same price. Much appreciated!
Competitive prices, delivery within a reasonable time frame (Mondial Relay), just the box was a little damaged during transport (depends on how careful the carrier is...). Highly recommended!

I purchased a pair of shoes that…

I purchased a pair of shoes that arrived in very good condition and exactly as described. Unfortunately, the size didn’t fit, and I needed to exchange them. From that point on, my experience became extremely disappointing. I tried to contact the store for over a week, but the customer service phone number turned out to be useless — only an automated message answers, and the call gets disconnected. I called more than 15 times with no success.
On top of that, due to the store’s policy, they do not allow size exchanges for orders shipped outside the country, not even if you are willing to cover the return costs yourself. This lack of support and flexibility makes shopping from abroad very risky.
I would not recommend this store to anyone ordering from outside the country.

After reviewing your case, we must clarify several points. Our customer service channels are fully operational, and we have a complete record of responses sent within standard timeframes. At no point was assistance denied, nor were you left without information.
Regarding size exchanges, our international return policy is clearly stated before purchase. For orders shipped outside the country, exchanges are not available due to logistical and customs constraints. This is standard practice in cross-border e-commerce and is communicated transparently prior to checkout.
We also note that returns are always possible under the applicable conditions, and customers may choose the option that best suits them before placing an order. Therefore, describing this as a “lack of support” or “risk” does not accurately reflect the service provided.
We regret that your expectations did not align with our policies, but we categorically reject the claim that support or communication was absent.

More than one week later

More than one week later, i still don’t have my shoes !
It is very difficult to obtain information from customer service.
It was my first order, I do not recommend it at all!

Deceptive practices

Deceptive practices. No where in my order did it say I would be charged an additional shipping fee to the USA. When I contacted them they said “it’s on our website”. I looked again through my order and it wasn’t mentioned anywhere.
Their solution… refuse the the package, they would refund me the balance… minus the shipping charge of around 60 US Dollars.

Avoid this deceptive and predatory company

Ordered a pair of shoes

Ordered a pair of shoes, paid 17.00 for shipping. A week later I received a message saying I had to pay an additional 86.00 for shipping. Very deceitful, if I had known when I placed the order, I would not have bought them in the first place! NEVER doing business with them again!

Avoid. Refused my return at customs - no refund

I followed all return instructions, filled out forms and sent the item back. The company failed to provide the required customs paperwork and refused the delivery. Contact with the company is poor. No help resolving the issue, no refund.
If you think you can return an item easily you are wrong. Avoid
