Long delay


I ordered my shoes on 27-10, but due to delays they only arrived on 24-11, which was already quite disappointing.

When I decided to return them, the process turned out to be very unclear and frustrating. Apparently, you have to arrange the return shipment yourself and pay for it out of your own pocket. This information is not communicated clearly, which makes returning an item feel like a nightmare.

What makes this even more confusing is that I ordered a new pair afterward, and those arrived within one week without any issues. So shipping fast is clearly possible but returns are handled very poorly.

Overall, the delivery delays combined with the complicated and costly return process really hurt my trust in this store.

Great Price

Was the cheapest place i could find these runnimg shoes at the time and they came with no issues. Took a couple of weeks to arrive as im in uk. I did email a question at one point and i received a response within a couple of hours. Would definatly use again

Terrible service!!

Terrible service!!
The delivery date expired one week ago and don’t have any update on my order. The only answer is that it’s delayed due to logistical issues…
The customer service is basically a recording always that says: “we’re too busy to attend you.
Don’t forget: never buy at 365rider.

Delay shipping-Bad service

Dear Team,

I am very disappointed with the service I have received.

I placed an order for two pairs of shoes one month ago. You informed me that there would be a delay, and I replied twice requesting a change of delivery address, as one of the pairs was intended as a gift. Unfortunately, I never received any response to those messages.

When I later received another update that the order was finally ready to ship, I sent you my new winter address once again. This time you replied, but only to tell me that you were unable to change the address.

If this is not poor service, then what is?
Your lack of communication has cost me a gift that I needed on time.

I kindly ask you to review this matter and provide a solution.

As previously communicated, your order was affected by a temporary stock and logistics delay, which was duly reported to you. Once the shipment entered the preparation and dispatch phase, the delivery address could no longer be modified, as this is restricted by the carrier for security and traceability reasons.
This limitation is standard in international shipping and applies once an order is confirmed for dispatch. Despite this, the order was successfully shipped and delivered, as shown in the carrier’s tracking.
