"It's an absolute shambles, I've never seen worse!"

David Drew and his team pictured on the website built my home formerly Home Orchard Developments Ltd., dissolved the business within 6 months of me buying the property, avoiding a list of snag problems as long as my arm! Draughty doors and windows ill fitted, front door had to be completely removed and refitted at my expense due to water ingress and cold air pouring in. Less than a third of the required loft insulation installed, discovered by the building inspector on the project after my many complaints of the house being freezing and receiving extortionate heating bills. The building Inspector instructed David Drew to lay more loft insulation, his resolution was to put insulation board meant for the eves of the roof, not to be laid on the floor! The rolls of loft insulation around the boarded area was thrown down, not even covering the beams having gaps with none in places! I employed a professional loft insulation company 8/12/23, the owner of that business told me, "It's an absolute shambles, I've never seen worse!" Plumbing leaks from nearly every sink, heating not working on multiple occasions. Sewer smells inside the property, coming from the soil stack and downstairs toilet. Flexible pipes used incorrectly through stud walls connecting toilets to sewer pipes. The building inspector wouldn't confirm the list of problems he witnessed in writing to me, of course it was the building inspectors responsibility to sign off the work as professionally completed. I was intimidated by his plumbing and heating contractor, he asked to go up in the loft, (the only thing up there is the soil stack) I then got sewer smells coming into the property. The same day he broke off a valve on the heating system so I had no heating in January for five weeks until eventually he came back to repair it after constant texts, emails and phone calls from me. All that happened after I had to call out an emergency plumber to fix a problem that David Drew's contracted plumber bodged three days earlier. I know David Drew uses the same group of friends he has as contractors on the new build properties now as he did in 2018/2019. Change the business name but it is still the same people, I wonder how long before he dissolves this business?
