I recently bought a Bambu Lab P2S Combo from 3D Prima UK and ran into a serious extruder blockage very early on. I contacted support expecting a long back-and-forth, but Myles replied quickly, asked for clear information, and then personally offered to clean and repair the extruder for me under warranty.
He sent detailed instructions and a returns label, and was very straightforward about what was and wasn’t normally covered, while still making a one-off exception to help me get printing again. Communication has been friendly, professional and honest throughout.
After a bad experience with a different online seller, it’s been a relief to deal with someone who actually understands 3D printers and cares about the outcome. I’m very happy with the service from 3D Prima UK and especially from Myles – highly recommended.

I was in the market for a 3D printer but didn’t really know where to start. I wanted to find a UK company I could actually talk to — which turned out to be harder than expected! Thankfully, I came across 3D Prima UK and spoke with James from their technical team.
What James doesn’t know about 3D printers isn’t worth knowing. He took plenty of time to talk me through all the machines that would suit my needs, explaining their functionality, pros and cons, and of course, the prices. Thanks to his advice, I chose a mid-range model that was on offer — and I couldn’t be happier the service.
The main reason for this review is to say a huge thank you to James for his exceptional patience and outstanding customer service. His professionalism and knowledge were exemplary and a real credit to the company.
If you’re in the market for a 3D printer, I can’t recommend 3D Prima UK enough — great prices, honest advice, and truly excellent service.

I totally recommend 3D prima, I rang them asking about what 3d printer would suit me I was recommend a Bambu lab a1 mini, which I purchased from them at a great price, I have rang them when I needed help understanding something regarding 3d printing they were so helpful and explained what I needed to know. 3D prima have a fantastic customer service team and the prices of all the items they is very reasonable. Thank you 3D prima for all your help it's appreciated.
Beware! Shipping costs will not be reimbursed, even though they are legally obliged to. Reminding them of their legal obligation is met with ridicule.
Do not buy!
Even after reminding them of their legal duties, including references to the law as explained by the European Consumer Centre, and the Swedish Konsumentverket, cooperation in resolving this refused outright.
They have no problem whatsover to refuse consumer rights and will willfully ignore legal resources.
Again, DO NOT BUY.
Added 12/11/2025: The shop in question is no longer responding to any contact attempts. They have not returned any amount of money whatsoever within the legal time limits.
DO NOT BUY. Any conflict will apparently result in this type of behavior by the shop in question. They refuse to refund, they refuse to communicate.

Not refunding shipping costs incurred by the vendor is against relevant laws and regulations. That is the issue. I have explained it, I have sourced my claims with relevant explanations from legal institutions. You choose to ignore it.

2. The costs for the delivery;
3. Any other fees you had to pay to get the product delivered at your house.

Update:
After three weeks and 14 emails, 3D Prima says they refunded the full amount. In will wait and see if that happens, my confidence is not sky high at the moment.

Amazing support, on Monday I sent the AMS to be repaired and received it back on Wednesday the same week, all repaired and ready to use. Not an experience that I have often had..
Excellent service, excellent product.
I purchased a Bambu Lab H2D 3D printer and when I first attempted to print via the second nozzle found that it wouldn't load the filament. I got onto Bambu Lab directly and after a week of back and forth emails, along with pictures and video to show the issue, they told me that I'd have to deal with the retailer.
I contacted 3D Prima and explained the issue. A very knowledgeable guy called James was very helpful and although had no stick of the part required, said that he'd get one from Bambu Lab. Well they weren't making things easy and requested even more info before they were willing to send any part.
I was offered a repair or if that wasn't possible a replacement printer by James at 3D Prima, but I decided to just send the printer back and to get a refund. Return shipping waa arranged for the following day. I'm just waiting now for refund.
James was very helpful and tried the best he could to help. He certainly seamed to know his stuff.
I couldn't fault the customer service I received and would definitely purchase from 3D Prima again.
Very pleased with my purchase. I buy often pla filament and I receive them quickly and in Excellent condition. Buy with confidence!
Great company, made a mistake with my shipping choice. Send them an email, Mikael responded quickly and changed the shipping method for me. Price is good. And a clean and good website.
Not a good company to deal with the after sales service is terrible and they do not care about next day delivery as they work it out so it’s free won’t be dealing with them again. Had to sort my delivery myself with dpd

Had a problem with my Purge Chute on my P1S, spoke to James and Myles who were most helpful and they sent me a replacement Chute. So I highly recommend 3d Prima for their excellent service.
Sam Dennis, is an absolute legend. I bought an any cubic machine and unfortunately the extruder broke after 1 print (not their fault it’s the manufacturers fault any cubic). The after sales support I received from Sam was great. He rang me out of hours and arranged my refund and collection, no questions asked. Most companies usually integrate you and force you into some horrible trouble shooting steps but Sam instantly knew based on the description I provided that there was an issue. After organising a collection, I asked Sam if I could purchase the Bambu alternative instead and he was more than happy to sit there and assist me with that. You can tell their team are 3D print enthusiasts as they are all very very knowledgeable. They also pushed for next day delivery after the cut off as an exception due to what happened. I honestly would recommend this company.
I can only say, do not order from this company. I ordered an XTool laser cutter set, paid with my card. I heard nothing for days, so, I decided to write them. I was then informed that "as I can see" this was not currently available, and that it would be available in September. This was not on the website, there were no warnings, there was nothing. I have screenshots of every single thing. Then, I request a cancellation and return of my money. I was told that this had happened. I waited a couple of weeks and there was no return on the money, so, I contacted them again and was told it was probably an issue with my card. That I should wait until the 22nd of July for the return. I did this. Nothing came. I contacted them again and was told that this is a Klarna issue, that they never had the money and that I would have to contact that service. I never used Klarna. I don't own an account with them. They said they, on default use Klarna. I contacted them again and have been completely ignored. They have stolen almost €2k from me and they ignore me. Im not at this point , sure how they have such a high Trustpilot. But, please, don't order here. This is ongoing since June until today and onwards. I will update if anything changes

I bought a Creality Ender 3 3V from 3D Prima UK, which worked perfectly for a week then I had a problem with the extruder. Myles from their support department replied quickly to my email. After reviewing the photos and video I sent him, he sent me a replacement extruder unit, which arrived the next day. Myles responded to my subsequent email installation queries very quickly, in one case, in under 5 minutes. Printer is now working well again.
My first order with this company and I ordered a Bambu lab P1s on a Friday afternoon and it arrived the very next morning. I can’t fault this company and they will now be my go to.
I am very satisfied with the service and my problem with the printer was resolved very quickly. I recommend it in any case and will definitely order more. Many thanks 😀
ordered a simple build plate with the promise of 2-3 day delivery. it took well over a week and then the delivery failed because my name was allegedly not on the bell (its a printed sign with a 4 letter surname lol). Since I urgently needed the plate I ordered somewhere else (and had the plate 3 days later!) and asked them to please void my order. I would have even accepted store credit but the reply i got from them was so rude and cocky that I will not ever buy anything from this store again:
