Great service in handeling a warranty issue with my 3D printer. Fast and flexible!

had a issue with my 3d printer, and Hani was very fast and helpful , even replaced a part , though my printer was out of warranty i got nothing but positive things to say about 3d prima keep on the good work :-)

Had a heater core's wiring break, this was replaced quickly and smoothly. Customer support Hani was very nice and helpful!

I had a problem with the USB/memory card reader and emailed 3d-Prima, got a direct reply from Hani that we will fix this, after a few minutes a new USB/memory card reader is on its way. Extremely good support and treatment by Hani.

2 weeks old CR10SE had a cracked straining gauge. Couldn't find the part anywhere. After a email with Hani everything was sorted in a few hours and a replacement part was ordered. Service like this really makes the difference.

I was having some problems with my Ender 3 V3 Se so I contacted support. Hani was there to help me and he did a outstanding job for me. The contact was fast, personal and even with some extra questions later on in the conversation beside from what I contacted, Hani gave me the best advice. This kind of support makes the difference and makes why the company 3D Prima, is better than other companies in my opinion.
I bought my Ender 3 V3 SE around december 2023 and will be ordering new 3D printers in the future for myself. I can HIGHLY recommend doing business with this compony. For me 10 stars out of 5!

Hani helped me great fix a malfunction of my print plate. At first, I didn’t think the warranty would cover it; but that didn’t matter to Hani. He helped me, and shipped a new part for free. Really satisfied with this service!

Seller sells fake (knockoff) products as the real thing. This is called fraude. 3dprima doesnt respond to any form of contact. They sold me a fake product as the real deal and wont respond.

i ordered a bambu lab p1s 3d printer from 3d prime and the from door and top arrived shuttered (probably the delivery guy fault).
i sent an email to the customer service and they were very nice, very informative of the process and they sent me a new door and top.
they did all the bureaucracy with ups and all i needed to is wait a little.
in my opinion, it was one of the best customer services i ever talked to!

I bought two 3D printers from this seller (ender 3 s1 and creality K1) + filament. 3D printers by their nature from time to time have issues , but this seller is professional aswell as helpful. Yesterday i had a blokage of filament in my K1 and their technician Hani had me up and running within 24 hours. Would recommend buying here.

Had some issues buying a refurbished 3D printer as it was missing parts. Contacted support, got a quick answer and they solved my problem, even during a mayor warehouse move.
