Update - DO NOT BUY from this seller if you are in the UK!

They do not mention import fees of over 20% on goods coming into UK from Europe. They do not warn or give any indication of these charges when you are purchasing items from 3dPrima website. When I contracted them, to ask why I was not told about these charges, they said it was my responsibility to know.

These charges have only came in to place due to UK leaving the European union, I was not aware, not buying regularly from Europe lately. It do not occur to me and 3dPrima did not do the responsible thing and put a warning on the checkout page of the UK version of there site.

Yet if I buy from America they always have a message stating import charges may be payable to delivery outside the USA!

Just bought from reprapworld.co.uk, They clear state on the product page fees or tax's will apply if you purchase from certain countries and they list the countries.

P.s, read the comments from seller, and ask yourself, do you want to enrich a business with this attitude towards there customers. Me personally I would not spend one penny with them. It's the only power we have as individuals, don't let people with such poor understanding get rich. They are an example of what's wrong with the world, greed over compassion and understanding.

This seller is obnoxious in there correspondence with me, but lucky I purchased via PayPal so I will get my costs back, People please beware of this seller!

Ordered a Flashforge Adventurer 4 in June 2022. Shipment was not particularly fast, and when I received it, it was missing two heads and a plate, which, they explained, had to be ordered separately.

The price however was only 10% lower than what everybody else charges, and the missing items cost as much as 20% of the printers price, so I have paid 10% more for this printer, than I would have, had I ordered it from flashforge.dk or turascandinavia.com.

When I complained and explained, that I would take my business elsewhere and that their 10% higher price would find its way into a Trustpilot review if they didn't show some kind of flexibility, they answered that they didn't respond well to threats against their business, and that I could do whatever I wanted to, they didn't care.

Accordingly, I have taken my business elsewhere and left this review as promised. Have a nice day.

Great experience, i ordered some filament that did not fit the printer, and before they sent it to me, they asked me if i really wanted it sins it did not fit my printer, i asked to get i changed which was no problems for them, great experience!

Sold me a 3D printer which was apparently known to be a fire risk at the time. Did not contact me when the safety notice was issued; when I found out and contacted them they insisted it was my own responsibility to source and pay for parts to prevent it catching fire.

Other shops have offered to send these parts out to their customers; I will be using them in future.

Preordered a Creality CR-6 Max.
Shipping was delayed multiple times (by multiple months total)
The arrived printer seems to have already been used (yellow filliament was inside the nozzle and there were several scratches)

They say this is the result of printer testing and is normal.
So to sum it up: You buy something new, you get something used and damaged and they say this is normal. Literally can not believe what I just read from them.

Shipping was great, but when the €2000.00 creatbot printer showed up with a defective build plate both 3dprima and creatbot gave me one response to my emails that was essentially useless. Now I'm stuck with what is essentially a useless printer out of the box unless I hunt down replacement parts and pay additional money for them. Neither 3dprima nor creatbot seem to want to stand behind the products they sell it seems and have stopped responding to any emails whatsoever. I will never spend money with either company ever again.

Overpriced goods. A lot of their own Prima brand goods are useless, like the white PLA that warps like ABS and bed adhesive that doesn't stick and cannot be washed off.

Really love 3D Prima, fast delivery every time and quality of their products is amazing. Highly recommended!

I simply cannot say enough nice things about them. It is simply not possible.

I started out shopping there because I wanted to get some quality filament to contrast a brush with poor quality.
And quite frankly, their EasyPrint filament is God Tier for cheap money. And that's just their middle quality filament.
Depsite the higher price tag than generic, off-brand PLA, I consider this filament to be extremely cheap considering that you get a quality that is consistent and extremely high.

But not only can you expect high quality from everything they stock, they are extremely nice and provide excellent customer service. Every time I write to them, no matter how basic my question might have been, they get back to me politely and with helpful responses - it doesn't feel like they just want to get rid of me and don't have time. They stand by their products, answer questions and take their time to help.
I have gotten so fond of shopping here that I honestly don't mind paying a little more for something I know I can get cheaper somewhere else simply because I know the level of service is excellent and I want to put my money towards a genuinely awesome supplier.

i recived 2 build surface plates for my ender 3 wich had been damaged in transit i wrote to them a couple of times and it ended up with that they said that the damage was outside the build aera and i couled not expect the plates to be perfect i couled not use them. so bad customer service

Ordered a Wanhao D7, on a Sunday, printer was delivered on Tuesday... Quite fast.. Sadly there was a problem with the LCD screen, but a few mails back and forth within 3 hours, with basic trouble shooting, and a new LCD screen is on the way.
Great experience.
