within a few weeks, went to check on link for tracking dispatch; the entire site disappeared....Phone never arrived
I went to Metro Bank, raised all relevant paperwork, haven't had any money refunded. I am once again chasing up now with the Bank, because I had assumed they had recovered the funds....Considering it's now confirmed that 3PP is a SCAM in operation, and so many people have had same experience, why is Trust Pilot still showing more than Zero Stars ? seriously ? How can TP not have a category for Scammers. we need that as a separate page. This is misleading showing 1.5 Stars....

There’s been an arrest!

The company also trades as ‘Tech Elite’ - They tried to serve notice to Companies House to cease trading, making it much more difficult for action to be taken against them! I lodged an objection and the closure was not allowed to go through. I also reported them to ‘Action Fraud’ and have since been notified that someone running this company has indeed been arrested. I had all the documentation and forwarded it to Action Fraud, I suggest everyone else does the same - I used paypal so got my money back within 2 weeks. Good luck guys, time for all us little people to stand up to these scammers!

Like many people on here

Like many people on here, we have also been scammed. Back in October 2020. we paid for an iphone 11 and the reviews at that time were fairly good so we thought it worth a risk. How wrong we were and we are also now fighting to get our money back from the credit card company. We had to wait until 30 days after the due delivery date (which was actually 2 months after paying for the phone as it was supposedly coming from Australia!). So far we have received a credit which, a few months later, was taken back so we have challenged it again and have received another credit. A different department has now taken on our claim and we have to re-send the same documentation to them that we had already sent to the first department. We are hoping the credit will be permanently applied this time. This matter has been going on since October 2020. Completely unacceptable.

How can we recover our money?…

I bought an iPhone 11 worth £479 since the 26th of October 2020 and I was told when I contacted them that the item has been dispatched and I should expect delivery by the 3rd of December 2020. I waited in vain and when I tried to login through their website it was gone. I contacted my bank and they paid back my money while investigating the transaction. I was sent a copy of the document which showed that there were no evidence that the item was ever dispatched yet this company refused to refund the money. The bank wrote back to me and took back the money and asked me to contact my local citizen advice bureau which I have been trying but due to the Covid19 situation I can get to the right representative that can handle my case. I have open a case with Action fraud and have provided all the references and contact numbers from the document the bank sent to me. I am yet waiting for their action. Looking at the reviews, It seems like no one yet has recovered their money from this fraudulent company. Are they just going to go free? Encouraging many more businesses into online fraud to slowly indirectly but mercilessly killing the vulnerable buyers? The question here is how can we recover our money?

Scam company - AVOID

I ordered an iPad before Christmas, never turned up and upon trying to find out where it is tried to get on website but a message said they had ceased trading. I disputed this through my bank and got a refund, until today they have the audacity to contest it saying the item was delivered! I’m now being threatened by my bank that they may we debit me unless I can prove the item wasn’t delivered. Absolutely unbelievable.

SCAM Business!

SCAM Business!

Wow, the overall star rating for this company has definitely changed since I first looked, which was prior to purchasing an iPhone SE from them (previous positive reviews were obviously fabricated by them)!
The other unfortunate buyers have summed it up — 3 Pin Products/3 Pins are a scam business. In fact, they're not a business at all! I seriously doubt anyone who handed over their hard earned money got anything from them in return. I certainly did not. Luckily, I paid with a credit card and was able to dispute the transaction but, unbelievably, 3 Pin Products has since contested that dispute and have the audacity to say the phone was delivered. What?!

Scam - Avoid

Received emails and a weblink on order, which all worked, I did my homework and looked them up on Trust Pilot. The reviews were mainly positive, just some complaints about the length of time to wait (mine was 6 weeks). As with others - I would not have used the site if the reviews from TrustPilot were saying AVOID and scam as they are now.
Thankfully I paid with a Mastercard, so I hope that I am able to get the money back through their fraud investigation team.......

Scam- Report to the Police!

Hey guys. I'm 19. I've been affected by their scam. I've ordered a phone for over £600, paid with the debit card, and now I'm not really sure what to do- as I see- the website is vanished, the tracking order link doesn't work, and I'm sure it won't be delivered on the 14/12/20 judging by all these recent reviews.

So if anyone can help and knows how I could get the money back, i'll be very grateful if you contact me.

Also, just like me. Report it to the Police. The more people will do it, the better for us. Horrible people deserve to be caught, or they will continue harming others.

Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam. Good website upon ordering, good prices, excellent replies to emails. They said products would be delivered from ‘warehouse 3’ in AUSTRALIA in 6 weeks. Should have believed my suspicions about why a UK warranty and plugged product would even be in Australia. Went back a couple of weeks later to check for updates on delivery, and the entire website had vanished! No replies to new emails. Am claiming back on credit card. Disgusting, evil scum.

Scammers, fake trustpilot reviews

Scammers, I bought on credit card as is a bit "to good to be true" i HAVE got my money back.

Always buy on credit card if it seems to cheap and is a weighty 1 off payment .note

Is up to Natwest to fight 3pin accounts for money back.

Scammed

Well guess I have, as I suspected, been scammed. Do not buy from 3 pin products. If it looks too good to be true..... it is. Then have taken the money and done a runner. Appears I am one of a very large group of people this has happened to.
