Ordered and paid for expedited shipping. Item arrived 4 days after the expected date making it completely useless to us. We were refunded 100 but we were still out 67 for a product we couldn’t use as it arrived after the event. Beyond not receiving the product on time it caused a huge missed opportunity to engage with over 1000 attendees at our event.

The 48-Hour Print team stayed in close contact with me throughout the art-submission and proofing process, and I was amazed at the near-instant turnaround and the arrival of the FedEx truck in my driveway, project completed, product perfectly executed. I could not be more pleased with this firm, their staff, and their products.

What went wrong was have my digital image of what my business cards were supposed to look like and getting something that was probably a printing machine error. The top and bottom of my trim color was not straight or equally aligned.

Incredibly easy to order. Great price compared to others. (< 1/2 of the cost from my local FastSigns), plus received the banner early. All in all a great customer experience

Ordered a Retractable Banner and it arrived faster than I expected and it looks amazing!

I wish the poster came in a roll tube package. The flat paper package didn’t protect the poster quality. The poster had indentation from shipping handling. So now, the crease dents is set in place unable to flatten out and it’s a table display poster. I was disappointed for the amount of shipping I’d to pay. Overall, It needs to have better quality packaging.

This was our first time to use the service. We asked for a proof and got it quickly with insights how to improve our sign. Received it quickly and it looks great!

48 Hour Print really got my retracable banner to me in a flash and it was for a competition that I was in for my touring theatre company so the print had to be detailed to pick up some of the fine print. I was extremely happy to open my retractable banner and see the quality of the product. I love the way it fits in the black case with handles. It was easy and simple to set up. The colors are vibrant and I am truly glad I decided to go with 48hourPrint.com I will definitely being using them in the future. My product arrived for display at several upcoming events.

Had a negative experience as a first-time customer. Placed the order anticipating it delivered on or within a day or two of the expected delivery date for a trade show the following week. Paid for expedited shipping as well.

Had to reach out to their customer service for a status update after approving my proof and not hearing back for two days. After contacting they advised me the order was now in production without an explanation for the delay.

They offered a non-refundable credit for the expedited shipping cost. I replied asking if that was the best they could do given the circumstances. They didn't respond thereafter. Not worth taking the risk if you need to meet a deadline.

The paper quality was horrible. Now I have to reorder these

We wanted to try a new sticker company, simply to compare pricing, We ordered 250 die cut stickers and I am just beside myself, overcut, from every corner of the design. Cut into the sticker, frayed edges all around from the paper on back looks incredibly unpresentable. I guess you get what you pay for, but I am unsure why this company offers die cut stickers when they do not have the appropriate tools to cut the stickers. Just horrible!

1 magnet has bubbled and flew off on the freeway after 1 month of use.
