Great Site
Was very sceptical to order from this site after reading these reviews however the prices were great and their google reviews were the complete opposite so i took the risk and i'm very happy i did. Like i said their prices are great compared to everywhere else, customer service was good.. they replied back to me in no time when i reached out to ask something via email, order arrived with tracking. I would definitely order again

Don’t buy anything from this store. The ordered items were never delivered. When I asked for a refund, they only gave me a partial refund. They steal your money. Never use this store! I didn’t enter the wrong address. Their poor quality website didn’t allow me to enter the full address. False accusations, fault in their website, appalling customer service, fraud business, fine line with criminal activity. I say again: NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. They will soon be gone bust anyway.
People will know how malicious and spiteful the customer service is. Please see their responce below. There is no appology or reflective capacity. Perhaps she has EUPD. Poor lady needs mental health support. No other words left to say really.

yes, that's right, your order was not delivered because you entered the wrong address.
If we had such a 'poor quality website', all customers would have bad addresses :)
Bad customer service results from the fact that we disagreed with you - we understand that.
We offered you a refund for the product without shipping costs (because the parcel was sent) - not delivered due to your error.
We don't steal money :)
Moreover, you have accepted our T&C, which clearly state what happens in such situations.
After your e-mails to us, the bad opinions you have given and even after editing THIS opinion again, you are known as a very demanding person who cannot admit to his mistakes.
We hope that no store will have the 'PLEASURE' of you being their customer.

Vegetarian selection of quality products
Really pleased with my orders, fast shipping and items hard to find in other places - unique teas, coffees, flours, vegetarian spreads (smalec) and finally good vegetarian/vegan jelly. Thank you!

Hi there - We do not send expired products on purpose - all product dates that are approaching the end are placed next to the product so that the customer is aware of what he is buying and are located in the ZERO WASTE section.
This was also proven to you in the photo you received by e-mail from us.
