If I could give a 0 star I would . I'm so disappointed with this company. I've used them 50 times from 2013 to 2022 . I placed an order in November. I never received my gear . It's happened before so I trust them . They are no longer a save place DONT TRUST THEM . after months and 25 email ,I was asked if I'd rather receive a American product to avoid delays any further. My reply was simply NO ! I then explained in detail I only go to them for 1 special product and I only want that or return my money . 3 weeks went by today I received a package from New York. It's American garbage. I can buy American gear for 10$ for 10ml of 450 test. It's not good . I've told them I'll be writing a review. Out of 25 plus email they've responded 5 times and never listen to anything . In the past the man I emailed was very helpful always sent my gear and if a bottle was broken he resend no problem. I'm highly disappointed with the new person I'm being burnt by . Don't waste your time or money you've been warned.

Chat was easy to use; and the tech quickly found the problem; installed the latest version. Thank you!

They have good support and practical tools for Microsoft Outlook.

Marketing sleaze masquerading as a software solutions creator. Physical address is a PO Box in a UPS Store located in South Florida. No phone support; only AI chat that is indifferent and scripted. I have to believe offshore operation. Beware....

I have attempted to unsubscribe on innumerable occasions from this company's marketing e-mails, completely without success. I have no interest in their services or products and have never (knowingly) downloaded any of their software.

I am extremely disappointed with 4team.biz. Their support is absolutely terrible and incompetent. Despite providing a phone number, it's only for sales inquiries and not for support issues, which is incredibly frustrating.

When I tried their "chat" support, I found it to be equally useless. The representatives clearly lacked the knowledge to resolve even basic issues and quickly directed me to their "email" support.

To make matters worse, the "email" support is a complete joke. After waiting for a response, all I got was an instruction to contact Microsoft instead.

This is beyond unacceptable for a company that claims to offer specialized services. It feels like they have no interest in actually helping their customers once they've made a sale (I had purchased all of their products in the bundle, $160.00).

Overall, my experience with 4team.biz has been nothing short of pathetic. Their support system is convoluted and ineffective, leaving customers to fend for themselves. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a more reliable service provider.

The owner of this company needs to invest in competent and qualified staff! I don't know if the owner knows of such incompetence.

Purchased a renewal for an app that I have been using since 2009. Less than 10 min later 8 received an offer for a bundled package set which included the same app and a couple other. I called customer service/sales to only have to leave a voicemail. Three days passed and no return call, so I called again. Another voicemail left followed by three days again. Emailed the third time, explained the above and that I would like a refund so that I could upgrade to the larger, more expensive package. Got reply that no refunds, explained the above again, and same response, lost a customer of 15 yrs!

This company has absolutely terrible support - and the software is quite poor. Avoid them.

If you install any of their software you will receive spam emails from them. The unsubscribe button they provide is a scam, it doesn't work, the software you installed automatically downloads these and uses a backdoor to make them appear as emails.

Pretty okay product, but their marketing practices should be (if they aren't) against the law. Even if you unsubscribe to their product - you still get their emails if you have the product installed on your computer. They get generated LOCALLY by the software on your computer. No way to opt out of this without removing the software.

Software cannot be transferred from an old PC to a new one, they insist on you buying a new licence.
Support is generally unhelpful.

Yes, they do a hard sell but their support is staggering brilliant and fast, even their sales people are exceedingly helpful. They CARE about their customers.

This company is all about upselling. Each of their products leads to a need for another of their products.
