Despite the promised 5-6 business day delivery, I received my order 12 business days after, without any update given. To my biggest surprise, when opening the packages, I had to realize that I only received half of my order (missing chairs) but double number of legs for the table. Moreover, the state of the new table legs was unacceptable with several scratches on the surface. I am still in touch how could they make this right. I would definitely not recommend ordering anything from 4UDesigned as you might end up with mixed up packages, missing items and scratches on the new items.

The table top looks ok however, the leg bolts holes are not properly aligned and the leg bolts are too short.
The legs are marked as A and B but makes no difference which way you install them, they still don't match the table pre drilled holes.
The bolts are shorter by 1cm, I had to buy and install new bolts.
I also ordered sits but didn't unpack them yet.
I was expecting a better quality product this price.

I tried to send pictures to the email provided but it's not possible.

We were actually disappointed with the quality of the product, given the price. Several of the doors do not close smoothly (they rub against the frame, which will cause damage over time). The closing mechanism on the top right door does not work properly. The finish of the wood is too thick in some places, making it very obvious that a dark stain has been applied to a very light wood. And the finish along the ridges is quite rough. Had we seen this piece in person, we would not have purchased it.

The salon tables I ordered came quite quickly and are exactly as described, however the whitewash comes off because (as described) they do not use a sealant to finish off the furniture. This was a bit of a downer for me, however, I've decided to keep the tables and seal the whitewash in myself. For the price this should really be included un the service.

We bought a table set from 4UDesigend. We recieved our order quckly and it was professionally wrapped. The product was just what we were looking for and great quality. We bought the same set before at VidaXL but it was terrible and had to return it. We found the same type of table set on 4UDesigned and were very pleased, Day and night difference.
