Buyer beware!!!

I went to the Jandakot branch to have some parts fitted to my new Ford Everest. Previously I had an anderson plug fitted and wired up costing me $300. The manager seemed to think the cable was too small so I asked him to replace it with a thicker one. He charged me $600 to replace the cable that had just cost me $300 AND he charged $500 just to remove the old cable. Most of the advice about the vehicle he gave me I've also since confirmed was not accurate. I cannot speak for the other 4X4 DNA stores but the Jandakot store should be avoided!!!
