I ordered an evcX but till date

I ordered an evcX but till date, just got an email of them receiving payment, have no track of where my item is and neither has it reached my shipping company nor are they replying to me email inorder for me to know has it been dispatched or is there another issue..

I have searched your name and unfortunately i don't see you in our database ordering anything and i cant see any email from you please Email us at info@dna4x4s.co.uk with your order number so we can check the system about your order as EVC if in stock take up to 5 days to be delivered from ordering and if we order them in we notify our customers by email if you haven't received a email you email not not be working on our end

Not received all items…

After speaking with Martin in December of 2024, he was more than happy to help me obtain parts for my build in which I spent a considerable amount of money taking a leap with a smaller company.
Helpful and full of advice BUT after only receiving 90% of my items I have purchased and some parts missing items, I reached out via multiple email, text, fb messenger and multiple phone calls, advising he’d sort it out and get back in touch with me, nearly 3 months later and there’s no sign and no word.
Happy to take your money but not happy to follow up with customer service if things are wrong.
Sadly, after seeming they were genuine guys I can only mark 2 stars as nothing excuses not getting products you’ve paid for.
