The worst customer service ever!

Do not every shop at 4x4parts.com, they sent dented product and the wrong product twice and would not replace it or buy it back!!!

Three years ago I ordered ring gear and pinon for a 2003 Ford F350, I asked if they had true track for front end rear and they said yes so I ordered them with 4.56 gears. I got all the part in and the same time I ordered a set of rancho 9,000 shocks, one had a HUGE dent in it. I had to take a picture of it and send it to them and they sent another one, I fell on hard times for three years and could not put the ring gear and pinons in until this year. When I did the rear differential everything was ok but with the front differential I could not get any clearance on the ring gear and pinon and could not figure out what was wrong. So I called Randy's ring and pinon and gave them the number to the true track (I still have the box) I have them the G2 ring and pinon part numbers, the true track is made for a Chevrolet/Dodge, not for a Ford!!! So I asked them what I had to do to make it work and they sold me a yukon locker I installed that within 4 hours and everything fit perfect! So now I have a true track third member that does not fit my truck and can't sell because not that many people have dana 60's anymore. So I needed another set of Rancho 9,000 shocks and ordered those from 4 wheel parts, both shocks had dents in the top half of it, not big dents but they were dented. When you pay for something they shouldn't be dented, so if you are buying 4 wheel parts do not order them from 4x4parts.com!!!!!! Buy them from Randy's. I wish 4x4parts.com would at least buy back the wrong parts they sent that did not fit.

Hi Martha,

We do not have a record of this but we only deal with Nissan Trucks and SUV's. You maybe might have us confused with another company but we do not deal with Fords. Please make sure that you clear this up because this is a bad review on our company and we did not have you as a customer.
