Please teach your employees what a TOASTIE is.

Please teach your employees, in every store, how to actually heat and toast the "toasties". Nearly every single time it's given to the customer as barely warmed bread with a lukewarm filling. A toastie is toasted bread, sealing together a (hopefully) tasty filling. When you put it in the toastie machine you need to put on a higher temperature and leave it for longer. The clue is in the word 'toast'. Thank you.

Unacceptable for hard working canadians

Let's start with the dated products on the shelves and the fresh that never comes.they don't know how to calculate correct sales tax so they just round it up.there is no wifi not in oliver or osoyoos.the Slurpee machines aren't cleaned properly and the isle rows are poorly taken care of .no pride and the prime parking is always taken by employees mostly if they are not blocking access to the air.that they are charging 2.50 for air that is tightly regulated by a thin hose .

Racial Discrimination and False…

Racial Discrimination and False Accusation at Store #21039

I had a disturbing experience at this 7-Eleven location (3685 S. Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89169 – Store #21039) on July 2, 2025, around 4:35 AM.

I used 7-Eleven’s own app and Wallet feature to pay in advance, using the “Skip the Line” option. Even though I followed the process and informed the cashier of what I was doing, the male Hispanic cashier on the night shift snatched the item from my hand, loudly accused me of stealing, and called me a “thief” and "putha" (a slur in Spanish) in front of other customers.

Not only was this embarrassing and humiliating, but it was completely unprovoked. My purchase is recorded under transaction #1751456108198793. The cashier’s behavior was aggressive and clearly racially motivated—as an African American customer, I’ve seen this same employee falsely accuse other Black customers in the past as well.

Even worse, I’ve reported incidents like this before to corporate, only to be offered “points” instead of a real resolution or accountability. That is not customer service—it’s damage control.

If you are a person of color, especially Black, be cautious when shopping here. Racial profiling and public humiliation should never be part of your morning routine.

This location has lost my business permanently, and I am filing formal discrimination complaints with agencies including the EEOC, Nevada Equal Rights Commission, the DOJ Civil Rights Division, and others.
This pattern of harassment will stop even if I have to file a lawsuit for changes to be made.

Watch them, they intentionally try to overcharge you!!

I was looking for a snack and found some cookies which were labeled $1.29 for a 2-pack, but contained six cookies. I thought at first it was a mistake, but there were multiple boxes in different types of cookies that were labeled that way, so I thought perhaps they were markdowns. I took one box of chocolate chip and one of oatmeal raisin to the register.
So imagine my surprise when she rings me up and even though I have two items that are $1.29 each, my total comes to nearly $9. I point out the labels clearly bearing $1.29 and the cashier starts waffling that they're labeled as 2-packs but they have 6 cookies each. I point out that those were applied by an employee, NOT me, thus the price should be honored, but she refuses and tries to charge me the nearly $9.
The best part? The 6-packs were $3.49 each. So how the hell could two items that should have AT MOST added up to $6.98 pre-tax, total the $8.69 she was trying to charge me? NC does NOT charge 25% sales tax on food!
This charmer not only refused to honor the price on them, she was charging me MORE than the six-pack price by charging for each cookie separately instead of charging for the boxes!
So I walked out without buying anything and didn't bother telling her there were more boxes mis-marked.
Avoid the 7-Eleven at 801 Airport Blvd, Morrisville, NC 27560 like the plague, unless you want to get ripped off.

06/13/2025 at 6:30pm I was laughing when checking out and the 7-11 employee (tall wearing glasses & a dark blue turban) ringing the items I purchased seriously asked me why I was laughing. I felt offended and asked him why he asked me that and he responded that he thought I was laughing at him. I found that very unprofessional and believe that he needs further training on providing customer service. He didn't even provide me with the proper items, behind the counter, I requested. I'm witness that the employees at that store only provide customers good service when the manager is present.

Went in on 5/25 and an employee was drunk being disruptive and threatening the assistant manager Ashley. The lady name is Susan. One visit before she wanted sleep with my husband while she was working. The store is in Glen Allen. Something needs to be done. Very disappointed in this lady. This is your customer service.

Wow..

I went in, and I put my stuff on the counter, and the worker said cash or debit, so I said debit, and when my card declined he said OK, put it in the machine, so I did, but I forgot the pin. Overall. This worker was a jerk about it. When I finally whipped out my cash. He acted like I had wasted his time, even though he had served three customers while waiting for me.

Angry

I went to the location in Glen Oaks on Union Turnpike and was planning on getting a small slushie for myself. I have the rewards app, and it was supposed to be free. But then, the guy gives me a medium cup. I tell him about the rewards thing and tries to brush it over, saying it's fine, it's fine. So I hesitantly trust him, and it all seems well. I scan the code for the small, and it's free and everything's fine. Then I come back later to get my brother a slushie for his birthday. I planned to get him a large, which I also had a reward for, and fill up the cup to realize that the reward he took was my large. So, I confronted him about this, and he kept saying why did you come back. I explicitly told him that I asked for the small cups, and he said that I got a medium. Then he said he told me he took the code for the large, which he didn't, and then he told me to not come back as he scanned it as a small. You only get 2 stars because the slushies tasted good.
