No delivery, no communiactions
A more than a thousand dirhams order not delivered. Absolutely no communications from them, they just let the customer waits till exhaustion. A wedding anniversary ruined by their complete lack of professionalism. You have plenty of other places to get flowers, don't make the same mistake than me, they don't worth a penny.

My birthday is today and I was suppose to get my bouquet from them first thing in the morning, guess what? Flower was delivered at 9pm!! Terrible terrible service. A business that does not respect customers special occasions. Ruined the day for me.. never again!

Worst customer support ever
I had 2 orders canceled at the last second because they mentionned it was ‘add ons’ after confirming both orders via email and confirming that one of the orders will be delivered on the same day after speaking with them on whatsapp. customer support is really bad i would not recommend the place at all. i have all the receipts and chats with them
