I don't know why there is so many 1 star reviews. i never had an issue with this Casino. My withdrawals are completed within 5 minutes every time. Besides the time when i won 15000. That time it took 4 hours and it came in 3 payments of 5000$. no reason there should be 1 star reviews

After I deposited $200 my account got locked when I try to reach for any explanation, nobody answerd my email or phone to give me any reason why. I think this is a scheme.

At this time ,I have been waiting on a withdrawal since 24th of june ,ive escalated it via complaints teams and currently as today still no response to final notice ,i will launching a eCOGRA dispute On the 31st ... I recommend anyone having issues to one. note everything down ,emails etc ,2 .prep for a adr dispute and 3 .log a complaint to ukgc ... more complaints go to them the more likly the ukgc can do something.

Has gone beyond awful..suddenly unable to withdraw and customer service just tell you what you want to hear...then none of what they say happens...rinse and repeat.I have no hope of getting my withdrawl.The financial ombudsman needs to get involved.

Avoid! Dishonest Company. Stay away!

Initially I liked the site. then they they took away all promotions without reason. I sent screen shots via email, no reply. also tried Live chat to no avail. I feel tricked, the way the promotions were wrongly removed. For example, the wheel bonus, when you click on it, does not open but does bring up a deposit box, implying that I need to top up more money in order to gain access to the spin, which i did numerous times, but still no access. I feel conned.

I wrote a bad review on Google play. An agent messaged a reply, asking me to email with my account details and screen shots of my complaint. Which i did, and emailed support. No reply after a week.
I tried Live chat, but the agents are rude and wilfully unhelpfiul. Stay away from this company!!

Trash customer support. They are to lazy to do their job so the make you exit the chat and do it for them, then you go back in the chat and get disconnected and have to start again.

** Update** In the interest of fairness, I have now received both of my outstanding withdrawals. Maybe my initial 1 star rating could have been avoided with better communication and certainly better customer service. As I said in my original review I've never experienced a problem before this so really not sure what has gone off this time, though a lot of other reviewers seem to have experienced similar problems.

Used to be OK but they have now stopped processing withdrawals. Fortunately I only have 2 small ones that are stuck at pending but that's not the point. If they accept a deposit they should process withdrawals. Contacted their chat and was given the run around, told that my card did not accept payouts to which I told them to check my history and they would see it did. They then said that the payments had been returned to them so I asked for it to be released to my casino account and I was told that it was not possible to reverse a withdrawal - if it has been returned to them then it's not being reversed.... I was then told that they would have to use a bank transfer and that I would need to upload documents to verify ID, fine... Tried the link they sent and it didn't work so told them this and they said clear cache, restart browser and restart the GAME. Pointed out that I was trying to use the link they sent only to be told to carry out troublehshooting to identify the issue so I asked what troubleshooting I sould try and they then go stroppy and said that I obviously have trouble reading and copied and pasted the instructions that they had already suggested for fixing a problem with a GAME. They then abruptly ended the chat with the option to rate their service. I've since logged out and back in and now the chat will not load on my profile and the document upload section within my profile does not allow me to upload the documents they have asked for!!! Looking through other user feedback I think I can safely kiss my balance good bye, unless I can get a charge back from my bank. You been warned, even if you have used them in the past, that means nothing, they are currently unjustly withholding users money.

Deposited $20 played for a bit got my money back to $20 went to withdraw and they asked to verify. Went through process they accepted my id and bankstatements then suspended my account so I can't log in. Tried talking with live support they take forever to answer then give you run around then disconnect

Complained about not honouring a free bet spoke to Arman on live chat he was no help and asked to speak to a supervisor and he disconnected the chat. I reopened the chat and spoke to Jian who put me back in touch with Arman who then put me in contact with supervisor zues who eventually gave me my free bet but what then what happens the bet comes up and they close my account ! Scamy bams.

Deposited 10. Withdraw 140. Need to verify checks. Fine. 10 days later. They are asking for documents Halifax physically cannot produce. And they are saying my bank card blocked and has to eventually be wire transfer.

Used chat facility. Jian, the agent, fobbed me off. I explained that my bank hasn't blocked my card. He eventually replied with yeah they have and cut me off.

Do not put money into 888 Casino. These people are thieves, scammers and bastards. I opened an account, won big, then—quite literally in the middle of the game—my account was suspended. No response from support. No response from complaint line. No explanation. Complete and utter horseshit people and company.

Went to withdraw winnings was told verification was needed sent over the documents and identification asked was told 72 hours max it's now 16 days on I have screenshots of the chat and one of them on purpose disconnecting when I asked a serious question.
My question is what's taking so long and what are they doing with my documents they asked for.
Rumour from a couple of staff that used to work there is they are going bankrupt and can't afford payouts.
