They are just useless. Simple. Contacted 888 three times in the past 3 weeks in different ways … not a single response..

Chat bot is really difficult to get past. Live customer Service team are truly awful and don't know the promotions and rules, demanding screenshots of things which don't exist

If you email them they'll just not even acknowledge you.

They treat customers like dirt

This is no betting site. It 1000% scam and really have no shame to predate on peoples hard earned money. Don,t even try them. Their modus operanda is sent in documents to help you withdraw and no matter how many you send they still ask for them and that is when you know they are scammers.

Please do not join this website . I was blocked for no reason only that I won a few quid on a small ew lucky 15 at Aintree . It was worth 123 euro or so . The bet never settled . I was onto third agents and they assured me it would be . They they blocked me from placing a bet . I was back into them and they basically say that the powers to be have blocked me from betting and they will be closing my account . I got no pay out and can’t access account anymore . They are a scam and will do the same to anyone . Please stay away from this cowboy site . I gave them my bet I d I don’t no how many times bad then they just end conversation . Please stay Well clear

This company are absolutely appalling.
Having won a small amount (£35) I have had total murders trying to get MY money.
I have been told different lies, by different staff EVERY time I have chased my money.
Do not go anywhere near.

I tried to withdraw money from 888sport over 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting. The problem is I was unable to update my card details and all I get back from 888sport is withdrawal was declined please upload bank statements so we can do a wireless transaction all very well and good but I’m registered Blind and unable to do this. I’ve told 888sport this via email live chat and over the telephone that’s on the odd occasion I get through to a person. Even on live chat I’ve explained due to my sight I can not upload and the adviser says oh didn’t think you were Blind as you can read our conversation, he’s obviously never heard of devices that read text for blind people. I complained about this and have never received an apolog. I have since had my account closed as I don’t wish to do business with a company with that sort of attitude and I’m still waitling for my money. Take my advice and avoid this company. The worst thing you can do is open an account. Dreadful company

Deposited and won £500

Has been sat for 2 days saying processing so I went on to the live chat to ask when it would be accepted and processed. To be asked if I had a gambling addiction 🙄 then my account temporarily suspended.

I have received an email saying it’s still in process but with these reviews I highly doubt I’ll receive it. Has this happened to anyone & they received there money?

Appalling organisisation. I opened an account, placed a bet and did not receive my free bets as promised. It is impossible to contact them as their live chat does not work. Eventually found an email address but thatr has not been answered. AVOID, they have no customer service at all.

I'm a male of mixed race of nearly of retirement age, 63, nearly 64 years old. I'm a diabetic type 2, which in a very stressfull situation leave myself in a dagerous position as regards maintaining my Blood sugar levels in this unnecessary situation. I now believe racism is a major factor as why my money has not been retured and my 888stort account is still unnecessarily restricted. 888sport staff are deliberately delaying returning my money.

Never used them before, signed up for bonus offer, immediately received message to state "internal decision you are not eligible to receive any bonuses on this account". Feels like a scam to get you to sign up

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with 888sport. I’ve been trying to close my account for over an hour through their live chat, and it’s been nothing but a waste of time.

Because I use a digital card and don’t have a physical one, they refuse to verify my account. But at the same time, they won’t allow me to close it either. It feels like they’re deliberately making the process difficult to stop people from leaving the platform.

Customer service was unhelpful, slow, and just kept sending me in circles. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone based on how they treat users trying to close their accounts. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.

Refused to honour the new customer offer and wouldn't release my free bets. Contacted their customer service and was told my initial bet hadn't met the requirements, which was a complete lie. They then disabled my account and had no way to contact them and discuss this further. Horrible company.

Didnt get the bonus they said they give for first deposit also i made really small withdrawal from the site its now been 2 weeks and no money on ny banl account trustly takes like 1 hour so they have stole my money and they dont answer to any emails and their livechat doesnt work on their site so its impossible to contact them DONT PLAY HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET SCAMMED

Awful. They closed my account due to me not using it for a while - I received an email saying as long as I logged in and sent an email to their customer support, the account would be reactivated and the balance restored. Account is open but no balance there. A month of emails with no responses and chats where people promise to escalate and we're still not any closer to resolution. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Promise free bets, but close the account after 9 winning bets, without giving the opportunity to use the free welcome bet.

I see a lot of complaints here...I got 20 freeplay on 15th feb and won 20 euro the max. I then went on to play the 20 on big bass bonanza and got up to 700...I went to withdraw a it was bonus funds with 30x playthrough...I got on chat they did nothing...they wont pay me my money so got solicitor in involved...I also filled out a complaint form for 888 being over 30 days to provide me with live chats.

I've tried to resolve the issue with a call, live chat and email but no one gets back to you.

They sent me a link to upload documents but every document you upload is rejected. Yet the same upload is accepted by all UK banks and UK government platforms.

Just don't use this company. It's not worth it

The site is ok however it often takes there traders upto 24 hours to grade a simple hockey bet. They offer hockey games live in play to bet. It takes them so long to grade the bets with the results right in front of their eyes. It’s mind boggling.

Awful! Disabled my account with money in it! No email no fook all! When I talked to one of the agents he said there’s nothing he can do or tell me cos it was an internal decision and basically F Off !

Avoid. They dont fulfil their free bet offers so you have to go to live chat to ask them for what they promised. Then its a long drawn out process sometimes being lied to for them to avoid giving you what their offer promised.
