888sport let me create an account and deposit - through BankID, and place a bet. Then they close my account, cannot login now or get my deposit back… I’ve been trying to get back my money contacting them but they won’t answer at all. Don’t place your money on this site…..

Customer services removed all funds from my account with a E mail stating it was for security purposes and not to worry I could get my funds returned by simply contacting the customer services team.
After many attempts and no responce I think my funds have gone and that they are stalling to prevent there return. How many more people have been done this way.

it is scam, they cancelled the bonus offer without reason even you submit all document include the passport to them, be careful your own information

The issue that I have experienced was: I have been informed by your withdrawal team since January 5th, my withdrawal is always under "REPROCESS" and the withdrawal status keeps changing from "Awaiting Process" to "In Process" and to "Awaiting Process" and to "In Process", It's seemed like your never executed by your department at all. As I knew, their withdrawal team intentionally changed the status of withdrawal from In Process to Awaiting Process and to In Process is to come out REPROCESS in their system and all the created date will refreshed to current date, and inform us to wait an additional 4 to 5 days for Wire Transfer and continuously after 4 to 5 days, they changed again the status of withdrawal in order to refresh again the date to current, at the end customer need to wait another 3 to 5 days for the withdrawal money. This is how disgraceful of 888.com Evoke PLC corporation in UK.

This meant that It's affected my trust and creditworthiness to them as they promised and informed me my withdrawal is under process and ready to bank account after 3 to 5 days on January 5th, but till today January 9th, withdrawal team informed this withdrawal need to reprocess again and have to wait another 3 to 5 days. It's ridiculous as they trying NOT to pay me and execute the withdrawal to me. As I can know is, they will repeated again this incident. Keep reprocess and keep asking me to
wait additional 3 to 5 days again. It's seem like they are finding excuses to pay wining to me.

Proceed to withdraw my funds as promised. Don't keep informed me reprocess again and again to delay intentionally.

Worst ever site!!! I joined 5 days back and deposited for sports. After 3 winning bets I just tried to withdraw which they are not letting me withdrawal. No customer service, no chat options.

I have withdrawal stuck in pending for 4 days now, I have been on live chat and have received the worst customer service, was told to wait a further 5-8 days. Requested to speak with manager but was transferred to another colleague and then supervisor who was also not any help they keep mugging me off. I asked 2 supervisors requested contact for complaints but unfortunately couldn’t provide me with any details!

Tried to join and it said i have self excluded myself in the past so cannot join. I self excluded myself from a bookmaker (just one). Who would not give me best odds guaranteed (like they do with most customers).
Did not even bother to tell me they had put restrictions on my account (rules say the have tell you first) and did not honor an offer. Had for a week then they put restrictions on my account which won't allow me to put bet on. I spoke to customer service who said the bookmaker has put restrictions on my account then they suspended my account so can't access my funds. Only time will tell if I get my funds back but it's highly unlikely. Avoid at all costs! Use other bookies as 888sport are useless.

Placed a lucky 15 e/w small stakes total with best odds came to £34 they paid £8.66,I asked the question why the difference and they sent me a link to a L15 calculator which I'd allready used showed them a pic of the calculation and they text back saying the bet was sealed at 34/1 but without any explanation as to how they got to it,but worse than that is the absolute stonewalling tactics they use promising to get back to you within 24 to 72 hours and in 13 days have never done so worst I've ever dealt with but not uncommon with online sites where punters have very limited access to speak to someone making it really frustrating and you get the impression they are doing this on purpose in the hope you get fed up which is why I have escalated to eCOGRA who deal with disputes with 888 sport

They lure you in with the promise of a free bet after you make your first deposit, only to restrict your account as soon as you qualify for it (even after you've passed their verification checks). Interestingly enough, they locked me out of my account and demanded that I undergo verification checks (checks that I passed) right after my first bet won which *could* mean that they're penalising users for winning. That said, I honestly think the welcome offer is just a scam they use to get users to sign up because according to their support team, restricted accounts are still "welcome" to continue betting even if they're ineligible for any of the benefits (a more reputable site would simply ban users who couldn't qualify for promotional offers). So either they're using some unknown criteria to single out verified users to treat as second-class citizens or the "welcome offer" doesn't really exist. Judging from the tone of some of the other reviews on here, I'm inclined to believe the latter. I plan on reporting them to Gambling Commission (and the ICO if they fail to respond to my subject access request) - I think other users should report them too

Horrible experience with this app, November 3rd I hit a parlay and I have since been banned from betting on their site and they still have not withdrawn my money, I have tried three different methods and have been very cooperative with them through the verification process. The customer service is horrible, they do respond but their responses provide no details or resolution whatsoever. It is truly unbelievable how a company like this can be approved under the regulations of Ontario.

Very Bad customer service will not pay out a winning bet for over 5.5 cards in the Brighton v Man City match where 6 cards.
Cards issued in the 19th 37th 44th 77th 100th and 100th minutes injury time added on. They kept on say Extra time don’t count.
This is from their rules they kept on sending me the link to.: Bets are settled on events that occur in normal time.
This includes any injury/stoppage time added on at the end of normal time.
Sky, TNT, Premier League, and other websites state 6 yellow card’s issued in this game. But 888sport say they stand by the original decision. I Feel Robbed. Stay clear of this betting site. You can talk to a person on Bet365 and paddy power ain’t too bad. Wish I read the reviews before I downloaded and started to use them.

Best bet is not to use them

They are awful. Even the lucky wheel they give you keeps landing on 'no win' day after day. It's just a bit of fun but they won't even give anything away on that, it's embarrassing tbh
