I have ordered from 9for9 many times throughout the years and they have been absolutely amazing. They are super helpful when you have questions, trouble with delivery (it only happened once and I reached out to them and they reached out to the courier directly within minutes and my order was delivered the next day), if you want to combine orders to save on shipping etc. You get to communicate with the actual owners and they will go out of their way to provide the smoothest, easiest and most pleasant shopping experience. All my orders have been intentional (I’m in the US) and they have this system where duties are already taken care of by them so you don’t have surprise charges. They have a great selection of items that are not easily available or are sold out in the US and they have been my go to place for years for those limited edition goodies. They only stock high quality brands and they are priced very fairly. I love doing business with them and I can’t recommend them enough. In fact everyone I have recommended them to who actually ordered from them always told me how good an experience they have had, too.

Easy shopping experience, international shipping was a breeze. I requested some changes that were made without hassle, great communication. Fantastic product.

I wouldn't normally leave a review after buying just a £16 headband, but on the invoice they have a 'packed and checked by', and that level of detail shows that they care and aren't likely to mess up. They also chucked in a free maoam and a handwritten note on the back of the invoice.
