A1lab Reviews

The process was incredibly straightforward and effective. Upon our arrival, the kits were waiting for us at the hotel, and all we needed to do was send them back. They supplied everything necessary.

Super easy and efficient process. Kits got delivered to our hotel when we arrived and we just had to mail them back. Everything was provided.

Excellent service from A1Lab. Very professional and I received my result very quickly. Thank you so much. I would recommend A1lab and I would have no hesitation in using A1Lab again.

This is an excellent service from start to finish.

I only had asmall problem to activate the kit

Great staff, fantastic service. Got my result same day. A1 is on point.

I've tried several services like that,
but my experience with A1lab was absolutely great!
Thank you again!

Please do not partner with Vital clinic anymore! They're so unprofessional and make you guys look terrible!

Great service! Very happy for choosing it.

A1 Lab provides one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, Mr. Shahid from A1Lab provided great customer service to us, He is very nice This is the second time I am doing a test with them They are extremely responsive and provide the quickest results.

Met this lovely guy, John, who visited me in my own home and took the sample from me to A1 lab who got back to me the same day! This is brilliant as I did not even have to pay a penny more for the service. These guys were recommended to me by people at work who rave on about these guys

I came across this site on the .GOV website. I made a minor error when booking, which was rectified straight away after I sent an e-mail.

It is great to be able to contact directly as lot of this sites are automated. The price for a PCR is more than competitive. I would definitely recommend and I will be using them again.

Have used A1 twice now and service is first class and happy to aways recommend

They were super quick and their customer service was amazing.

Super quick, affordable and reliable. Will use again if needed 😊

A1Labs Have now resulted to blackmail stating they will only refund my Overcharge if I change trustpilot review of there behaviour and testing concerns i had when i wrote my review. These People are Utterly untrustworthy and now you can add blackmail fraud to there list of lies and crimes against UK Citizens who have put faith & trust in there testing and services

John from CTS took my samples to A1 lab who got me my PCR results back to me the same day! Fantastic service and at no extra cost.
Spoke with the lab as was a little worried as so much depended on the result. The gentleman who answered was kind and understanding, professional and knowledgeable. Great teamwork. Thank you so much guys

Just perfect logistics, timing and value for money !
