I ordered an office chair for my desk at home. There was a minor issue with the courier, however this was resolved immediately by A2B, so all's well. Great service and good prices too, fully recommended. Thanks Barry, much appreciated.

I placed an order with A2B unfortunately there was an error on delivery. I called and spoke with a very polite, apologetic agent. He assured me he would deal with it straight away and I would receive the correct order in the morning, sure enough it arrived this morning. Thank you for my order and the excellent customer service, I am very impressed.

I have dealt with A2B for many tears and have always found the service and attention to detail second to none and his prices are always lower than any other quotes I get.

Service excellent although I am disappointed with the quality of the product. I bought a paper shredder and the finished result is a rather wide 'shredded piece of paper' which could quite easily be pieced back together if someone really wanted to read it. For other shredders of a similar price, I don't think this product offers value for money.

Having tried one or two other organisations who offered the product but during attempts to purchase then offered longer or unspecified delivery periods, we discovered A2B during a net search.
The next working day delivery was excellent and we were kept well informed of the order & delivery process.

Shredder arrived yesterday. A2b were very helpful when I checked by phone for delivery information before ordering on-line.

Easy to use site, good prices, very fast response and despatch (<1 day).

Unfortunately the courier took three attempts to deliver, even though we were in at every attempt. If the couriers depot had been more local it would have been easier to collect in person. A Royal Mail option would be a good idea, even at an additional cost.

I purchased a coin counter from this company and it went wrong 3 months out of warranty. I contacted them and they will not repair or replace because it is out of warranty, even though they know Trading Standards are involved and have said it is not Fit for purpose. Even when there approved repairer has said a machine like this should last longer than 15 months.

Do not use this company as they do not care about their customer service.
