Ordered an A2 laminator - arrived timely and performed well - was very pleased with. After ca 9 months the heating element stopped working. A2B asked for a brief summary of what was wrong with the machine and on receipt then sent me a replacement machine within the week - no quibble / questions or attempts to side step.

I bought a laminator, just googled and this company came up, never heard of them before but they were very good, delivered very promptly and good value for money.

i ordered an item from a2b. arrived the next day. no problems, the product was just what i wanted and expected. i will use them again.

The item came next day after ordering and was wellpacked. Unotunately there is a slight break on the plastic guard but htis was not worth returning the item for. Otherwise a good guillatine. Does what it is advertised as and on the box. In the main very satisfied. Would recommend you to friends/family.

Very pleased with product (TrimFast RO3022 A0 Paper Trimmer) and delivery Service was excellent.

I purchased a ream cutter from their website but recieved an email from them the very nexy day apologising that they only had 2 left which were both damaged and they were waiting for more to enter the country but were able to give me an expected date. I did try to buy from elsewhere but it became obvious that there was no stock in the UK so I decided to wait.
They kept me updated with estimated delivery dates and as soon as it was instock they emailed me to et me know, I purchased immediately and it was deliveryed to me within a couple of days.

WHEN THE PRODUCTS WERE DELIVERED THE COURIER MARKED ON HIS MACHINE PARCEL DAMAGED.

I THINK THIS WAS DUE TO POR PACKAGING AND NOT DAMAGE IN TRANSIT, THE BOX HAD NO TAPE AROUND AND THE PACKET OF SPIRALS HAD COME LOOSE ALSO.

I HAVE USED THE BINDER AND IT APPEARS OK.
