Megan Perry was an EXCELLENT customer service rep. FIRST let me say it was a pleasure to just have someone answer the phone that I didn't have to squinch to understand their dialect. Nothing against other ethnicities (folk are blessed to be employed...I get it, but sometimes it's a real struggle to understand) I could "see" her smile through the phone. I so enjoyed our conversation and her complete help and guidance in assisting me on understanding the process of withdrawing a loan off my whole life policy. She was honest in saying she didn't have the expertise on a question I asked her but once she completed her side of the coin, she would transfer me to the correct department. She stayed with me while I was on hold, (quote a few minutes), later coming back in saying it was just too long a wait, and she would send that department an email to reach out to me. Now that is what I am talking about in wonderful CS. She rocked!
