My AA Mac experience...
What a superb Apple service provider! I was contemplating a trip to London to hand in my iPhone for repairs to an AppleStore under AppleCare warranty. However, I booked my appontment with AA Mac instead. I can only say, just one day later I have got my phone back and it is like new again having had a big repair front and back and all necessary checks. I have been an AA Mac customer for many years and will continue to be. I hope another five star review helps such a well-run, efficient and friendly local business!

Booked appt today 9.40 via their website yesterday , all info from booking brilliant .
Went there for IPad ( frozen after latest iOS update ) figured it was going to be oh can’t fix this .
Well , staff brilliant took iPad and sorted in 2 minutes .
They were superb and Nice people .
Now my go to if any further issues with Apple products .

Battery on iPhone was dying and made an appointment. Diagnosed and replaced the battery within a few hours! Phone is now like brand new! Quick efficient and reasonably priced! Really nice friendly team - highly recommend these guys!

Got an appointment to diagnose my air pods and was promptly seen and given good practical advice

Following an overnight upgrade to my MacBook Pro, I could connect with my home wifi, but was unable to connect with the internet. Restarting the laptop and turning the router off and on did not fix the problem. I tried online technical support (via my phone) to no avail. AA Mac were able to quickly diagnose that a filter had been engaged when turning on the laptop which precluded internet access. The filter just needed to be turned off.Problem solved.

This is a great Apple support business. I had two Apple iMacs one of which went 'bang' (end of story) but I got the drive back; and the other, more recent, rescuable. They advised me well and provided me with alternative solutions. Friendly and efficient, the kind of support you can trust.

I took my IPhone there after having an issue with my camera, they got it sorted incredibly quickly with no problems and no hold ups at all, really friendly team and I’m glad I picked them.

I took my Apple Watch in to be assessed as it wasn’t working. All the staff were amazing - not only were they extremely helpful but also very professional, friendly, knowledgeable & full of useful advise. A enormous thank you to Sharma (sorry if spelt wrong). Took my MacBook pro in to be repaired as the battery had died.On taking the mac out of the case, it was found to be twisted and the lid would not close. On close inspection it was noticed that my enter key was also cracked. Now we are talking about a 2015 matchbook here which has been used on daily basis.
Took it in on Tuesday and it was ready by Thursday.
The lid now closes, it's no longer warped and a new enter key has been replaced, as a matter of fact it looks like the whole keyboard has been replaced.
Staff are exceptionally informative and pleasant to deal with. Should I have any further problems with any of my apple products, Aamac will be my first port of call. highly recommended Apple authorised service provider. Thank you to all at Aamac it's like having a brand new mac again.

Not the same as a proper Apple store. Was misinformed and they unnecessarily wiped data from my phone which a proper Apple store would not have done
