If they were a tenth of the price I wouldn’t dream of using them again!
my overall experience with them was, i was charged £1000’s for the benefit of:
- my property being destroyed by flooding (with a “we don’t care it’s insured”attitude when the insurance barely covered a fraction. of the damaged property) ( of course sentimental value is irreplaceable too)
- having my belongings used to blackmail snd threaten me.
- extremely aggressive snd rude about chasing payment and in several other situations ( whether or not they are providing a good service - mostly not! )
- generally unsavoury attitude

definitely the worst experience i’ve ever had with a business ( because usually businesses aren’t in a position to use your property to blackmail you - and most wouldn’t )
toxic and despicable business
to be clear i’m referring to a&a self storage on greenwood place, Kentish town. ( my v brief dealings with their other sites seemed normal enough, fairly helpful even )

The Staff in the Watford branch were extremely helpful and prices were the best in town. I have recommended friends as well as family and they all come back with give feedback.
