Absolutely great to deal with

I have classic car insurance with AbbeyAutoline & honestly they are far & away the best insurance company I've had dealings with. Great customer service & very fair prices, with a good range of mileage options for older cars.

I cancelled my home insurance after 20…

I cancelled my home insurance after 20 years and 9 months
The insurance company is refunding the 3 months unused but Abbey line are charging £50 to process it. Why it
Absolutely unvelievable service, no customer loyalty and it took 4 phone calls to get a manager.
Also according to the citizens advice they are only entitled to costs which cover their loss, As I paid my full premium they incurred no loss

Terrible Company and no help to customers…

This must be the worst insurance company I am retired and the questions they asked when they were able to get all of my details of their computer
Why do we pay a Very LARGE premium and the insurance company does nothing to help to get a customer.

My Father had a policy for years I was…

My Father had a policy for years I was setting a new one up once took ownership. Everything was okay until got to the direct debit date of the 28th claimed cause of the finance company so called 14 days from the date of the policy created I wouldn't be able to pick the 28th, also that

Having been dealing with an emotional time as my father passing and taking ownership of a property to then send me a text me to get me to call in use my credit and them not phone their customer is kinda of appalling am a software developer and no bar the 1st of each month direct debits can be setup as they are required and shouldn't cost a customer double payments. The person who sold the product should have been aware of this mi cancelling the policy and going else where.

As someone who worked in call centres before this should have been in the script.

Just don't cancel

Easy to contact, set up insurance and cancel. However, had to cancel my insurance early as I no longer own a car, and was handed a £101 fee for cancellation. Realise most insurance companies probably apply similar fee’s, but it doesnt make it OK.
