I adore my clover earrings - they're so pretty and high quality. They've become my go-to as they go with absolutely everything!

I bought the turquoise beaded necklace and absolutely obsessed with it. Love how it just adds a bit of colour to a necklace stack already had loads of compliments on it.

Pieces are easy to order and personalise and arrive quickly in beautiful packaging. I can wear them again and again and they are totally waterproof and tarnish free so really worth the money.

Very disappointed with both the customer service and the way my order has been handled.

I originally had to replace a bracelet that broke almost immediately after receiving it. The replacement order was placed in May using a credit note, meaning I’ve effectively been without my bracelet since the beginning of the year.

I understand that personalised jewellery can take longer to make, and I was happy to wait for that item. However, I also paid for a non-personalised bracelet and a gift bag as these were intended as a gift. I was initially told that these items would be sent separately while my personalised bracelet was being made.

After chasing my order because nothing had been dispatched, I was then told that nothing would be shipped separately after all and that everything would arrive together in August. I was also incorrectly told that the bracelet and gift bag were “free gifts”, despite the fact that I paid for them.

When I questioned the contradictory information, Abbott Lyon explained that the original response came from their AI assistant and said I should instead rely on my order confirmation. As a customer, I don’t think it’s acceptable to receive inaccurate information from customer service and then simply be told to ignore it because it came from AI. If AI is being used to communicate with customers, the information it provides should be accurate.

The communication has been inconsistent, I’ve had conflicting information throughout, and the overall experience has been incredibly frustrating. I genuinely liked Abbott Lyon’s jewellery, which is why I ordered again despite my original bracelet breaking, but this experience has completely put me off buying from them in the future.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the company based on the service I’ve received and I would avoid.

I absolutely love my gold ring featuring a white heart. It’s my go to accessory everyday. In this weather especially the colour looks great with a bit info a tan!

I purchased jewellery as wedding gifts for my MOH & Bridesmaids. Ordered them months in advance & did not degrade. I also purchased a bracelet for my mother as a birthday gift on a separate occasion. Prices are reasonable & I purchased when there was a sale on & had another discount. No issues with delivery however I do find the marketing emails are quite frequent. Would purchase again.

Really confused why this company have so many good reviews. I've tried time and time again (because they keep issuing credit vouchers for issues i have) and each time another issue crops up. One good point is that they have really good customer service but you have to wonder why they seem to give credit vouchers out willy nilly, as if they know the products develop faults.
I originally ordered and paid for 1 ring, which tarnished within a couple of weeks or wear, and 1 pair of earrings which had a faulty clasp.
I contacted them about these issues and was really happy to receive a voucher to the value of the items which I used to place an order for brown heart earrings and a necklace. The earrings have arrived and both are a completely different colour, 1 is black and 1 looks almost red. Disappointed again so contacted company again who issued another voucher but im reluctant to order anything else. It cant just be my bad luck that the 3 seperate items I have recieved so far all have issues!
Im still waiting to receive the necklace I ordered so cant comment on that but not holding my breath.

I ordered a necklace with birthstone and initial of my sons name. The necklace was quick to arrive and well packaged. Necklace and initial was individually wrapped inside too. Navigating the website to fins what i wanted was easy as the layout and page names are clear
