I have worn a bracelet from here every day for 2 months and it hasn’t tarnished in the shower I am so impressed!

Anytime that I am looking to get myself a new peice of jewellery I will always purchase from this company. Any gifts I want to buy will be from this company. Brilliant service and great products.

Really confused why this company have so many good reviews. I've tried time and time again (because they keep issuing credit vouchers for issues i have) and each time another issue crops up. One good point is that they have really good customer service but you have to wonder why they seem to give credit vouchers out willy nilly, as if they know the products develop faults.
I originally ordered and paid for 1 ring, which tarnished within a couple of weeks or wear, and 1 pair of earrings which had a faulty clasp.
I contacted them about these issues and was really happy to receive a voucher to the value of the items which I used to place an order for brown heart earrings and a necklace. The earrings have arrived and both are a completely different colour, 1 is black and 1 looks almost red. Disappointed again so contacted company again who issued another voucher but im reluctant to order anything else. It cant just be my bad luck that the 3 seperate items I have recieved so far all have issues!
Im still waiting to receive the necklace I ordered so cant comment on that but not holding my breath.

I ordered a necklace with birthstone and initial of my sons name. The necklace was quick to arrive and well packaged. Necklace and initial was individually wrapped inside too. Navigating the website to fins what i wanted was easy as the layout and page names are clear

I always have a great experience with Abbott Lyon items, everything lasts really well. The only thing I’d ever raise is some pendants are smaller than expected

Absolutely love my inital clove necklace

I purchased a diamond name necklace from abbotlyon for my young daughter, it is appalling!! who has only worn it three times while in the pram going the shops and back approx 20 min journey, for the first four months the colour seemed nice shiny gold, but now for some odd reason its turned in to a really fake rustic gold colour ,I've always put it away safely in a jewellery box., i dont know what went wrong other than they are using a really cheap materials. The worst is for the three times she had worn it she would cry alot, till the final time I realised why, the chain was pulling at her head hair and body hair pinching it, absolutely horrendous i am appalled by it, they are not worth the money, I promise its like something you'd buy of temu the colour match is identical too

Recently made another purchase on abbot lyon which im super excited about. Every day wear but can be dressed with going out or casual.

Purchased a personalised clover bracelet in 2023. Hardly wore it as I work for another jewellery brand so just on an occasional day off & the sliding mechanism has broken. The bracelet itself is in great condition well looked after. Contacted customer service who requested a video then they requested photos to finally tell me it was a 2 year warranty so completely wasted my time sending them prof & an example of what the issue was. I also didn’t realise the first few emails were AI. I asked about a discount to repurchase as they don’t do repairs but said they could help no further. I have a watch, multiple other items from them & use them for gifts but not anymore. I get there is a warranty timeframe but when they can clearly see how well looked after the item is & the fact it wasn’t worn all the time you’d think they would goodwill a new one or give some sort of incentive to purchase again. Some of there jewellery in the past has gone a funny colour but I gave them the benefit of the doubt but lost a customer now

Very polite and very quick with responses , just unfortunate that they couldn’t help with my urgent requests but definitely helpful and lovely people ☺️

I hadn't realised until today that I had 2 year warranty on my white heart, gold plated huggy earrings.
They have been tarnishing for months now but when I reached out with pictures of my ruined earrings I was told I out of warranty by less than a month (bought June 24).
How on earth they can currently offer a 5 year warranty is beyond me as mine started tarnishing after just 12 months. Awful product for the price, I have much cheaper earrings that I have had for years with no issues whatsoever.
