This item was not shipped in a timely manner. I did not know until after placing the order that he product was from China. Research online the dangers of pet beds Made in China. I believe I need a full refund but was offered 10% then they came back with a 30% offer. Would have given them less than 1 star if I could.

I wrote a review and received an apology and told to contact their customer service dept. I can tell you--DOES NOT WORK!!! just lip service. I contacted their customer service and NO RESPONSE
until review on this site. I would never do business with this company!! They just don't care and obvious they don't care once they have your money.

MADE NO ATTEMPT TO MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT..

do not order from them. order took over 7 weeks to be delivered. when it was finally delivered, the quality of the pet bed was not what i anticipated. much better, more quality "calming" beds from wayfair and other LOCAL distributors. (i know, because i ordered others in the time it took for my order to be delivered) their customer service gave me a measly 10% refund - $4.08 - for taking so long and kept telling me to wait for 10 more days for the delivery. don't be duped into the ads, avoid them at all costs, abbyspace is actually omni shop and all their products are cheap knock off's of USA brands, all items shipped from china.

We have 6 dogs ranging in size from 10-27 lbs. I bought a medium & a large. They just showed up last night & everyone of my dogs have taken a turn snuggling into them. One of the dog is a poodle/schnauzer mix weighing 13 lbs. She is in the medium bed and she LOVES it! They are soooo soft and squishy. My dogs just seem to snuggle down into them. I recommend the large bed for longer-bodied dogs weighing around 20-30 lbs. This is the first time ordering from a Facebook ad. It only took a little over 2 weeks after ordering to show up, and I am very happy with the beds. I really want to upload some review photos to show you guys if I can. Highly recommend!

I ordered 2 dog beds and my order was confirmed and given a tracking order, the tracking order page disappeared and is no longer available, no one replies to my emails or texts. This company is Chinese, would not have ordered if I had known before, and they have stolen my money. It is called theft. Do not order from this company

At first, I had a problem with my tracking information, then I've reached out at their Customer Service email: my concern was solved! Great Customer Service!!!

I ordered 3 pet beds at the beginning of November, I did not realize they were coming from China until I got the receipt from PayPal. On 11/10 I sent an e-mail asking where my pet beds were, the tracking info showed they were in San Francisco for 10 days, so probably in a shipping container waiting for customs. The seller got back to me the same day and said my product would be at my house in 10 days, and they returned 10% of my purchase price. The beds came faster than 10 days, but the product was not comfy and heavenly for my pets the way the ad presented. They aren’t awful, they were vacuum packed and shipped from China so you have to expect you’ll have to shape them when you break them out of the packaging. I bought 3 beds (2 med., 1 sm.) for $80 — that’s cheap for pet beds. They are not as presented in the ad on Instagram, but I got exactly what I paid for. Buyer beware, especially when ordering off social media websites. I will google the company before ordering next time.

Update: After one wash one of the beds is ripped so bad I can’t fix it so it’ll have to be thrown away. I’ve asked the company for a refund, we’ll see if it ever gets answered.

Update #2: I e-mailed the company the same day and received a response the next day with an offer to replace my item or refund. I chose the refund, and it was placed back in PayPal the next day. I have updated my rating to 4 stars, only because the beds don’t appear in person as they do in the ads, but also the price reflects that. My issue was resolved promptly in a satisfactory way.

Less than one star. Never received my pet bed and they will not reply at customer service.

Ordered bed only to find out after I purchased it that it was made in China. I ordered a medium & it was scrunched into a 12 x 12 bag, duct taped, then placed in shipping bag. My dog loved it right away. But after 15 minutes in the living room we had scratchy throats, watery eyes, sinus issues. My dog started coughing. Washed it. Same issues. Washed again. Same issues. Put in trash. I researched these beds after this issue & it’s common for China to use chemicals in these items. Flame retardants or other crap. I purchased another bed through Amazon. By Best Friends by Sherri. No issues. I wouldnt even give this company a 1

On November 16, I received the two beds I ordered on October 31st. I am OK with waiting for the product but I find it interesting that no where on the website does it mention that the product is being shipped from China. One receives a link right after ordering to track the shipment and that's where I learned it was coming from China.

As to the beds, they are not as stuffed on the bottom as the picture might lead one to believe. I bought a small bed at Walmarts that contains way more stuffing than this one and it was less money, unfortunately the only size left was extra small.

Am going to wash the beds so we will see if that makes any difference in fluffing up the stuffing. For this price, I would not buy again.

I can't even give it one star. Misrepresented the product. Not anything like the description or the pictures. Bought an extra extra large bed for a greyhound and it's more for a poodle. Do not buy. Very thin as well

Wish I looked here first. I received the 2 beds but they are absolutely worthless. A thin piece of material badly sewn together. Some stuffing in some places but totally missing stuffing in most others so the dog is on a thin piece of material on the floor. And the website is shut down. Stay away from abbyspace.

I followed the directions to order the proper size bed for my dog. Received a size that was way too small for him, which was bad enough, but the quality was unbelievably crappy too. I contacted the company to inquire about returning the item and Vincent said I could keep the wrong size bed, promised to send me a larger one and that I would receive shipping info shortly. Well, it's been weeks and now the website is shut down. Total waste of $40+. Total crooks. I noticed the bed is still available from other entities. Don't buy it!!!!!

After quite some time, I was able to rectify my issue with Abbyspace. Vincent sent a larger bed and and did not make me send the small bed back. Thanks to this vendor for making things right.

Stay away from this company they take ur money n u never recieve the item .. communication is nonexistent the tell u that they’ll contact u within 24 hours n no response.. STAY AWAY .!!!! I don’t think this is a US company.. I think everything comes from China. Once again STAY AWAY!!!

Had the bed for less than 10 minutes before my 10 month old Australian Cattle Dog chewed a big hole in the bed. What a waste of money. So disappointed in this product. It must be made for small dogs only.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased two of the donut pet beds. I received the wrong color, but on top of that they sent an inferior product. I spent $38.80 per bed. They are complete junk. I contacted them and they said they would give a full refund within 24 hours of when I contacted them. They did not follow through. I escalated it to PayPal and they didn’t do anything either. I’m stuck with two shoddy beds that I don’t want and I am short $77.60. This is a scam business. They have wonderful pictures to make you think that is the product you will be getting but send you junk. These beds are not even worth $5!!! Beware!!
