We have had Abeglass fit double glazed windows to our bungalow twice and on each occasion the company have been very attentive and efficient. The gentleman Dave, who gave us the quote, was very helpful and advised us on our best options The two fitters who installed the windows today John and Jay were very professional, worked nonstop and completed the work to a exceptional standard. My husband and I don’t really know how they completed all the work in one day, we would certainly recommend the company, many thanks.

Ableglass have recently installed a new composite front door and replaced the frame around the door entrance. They have done a brilliant job the lads cracked on and got the job done with little fuss. They were courteous and professional and tidied up after the job. This is the second time we have used Ableglass and we would highly recommend them.

Great workers John and Jay did a brilliant job fitting a new kitchen window and skylight. The skylight was not was not an easy task but they made a fantastic job of it.
Over the years I have used Abelglass many times and they always provide a very professional service and show great respect for your home. Well done and thank you again for a job well done

Further to the response by Abelgass. In the quotation on headed notepaper is the clause "Labour is covered for 12 months."
I was rung to explain my review. I had other calls booked in for the afternoon - there was no attempt to ask if I had the time to spend on the call with them.
More examples of lack of attention to detail and poor customer service.

I picked them as the surveyor seemed (note that word) professional. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience. My view is that they only did 1/2 a job. Although superficially helpful nothing got fixed. I got someone else in who did a really good job for me.

I am absolutely thrilled with the new conservatory roof recently installed by Abelglass. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, and the results are truly excellent.

A huge shout-out to Billy and Dale, who completed the installation. They worked tirelessly (in all weathers) and with incredible dedication, ensuring every detail was perfect. Their professionalism and skill were evident throughout the project, and they were a pleasure to have around.

The quality of the new roof is exceptional, and it has completely transformed my conservatory. Beyond the fantastic workmanship, the customer service from Abelglass was also outstanding. I don't often write reviews but I have recently had my back windows and conservatory replaced by Billy from Abelglass. I can't praise him enough. Professional, pleasant, efficient and did a fab job on a very old property that usually throws curve balls. I would not hesitate to recommend Billy! Thank you, a very happy customer:-)

From the first phone call, to booking an appointment to measure, to the fitting this was a 5 star experience. David Rushton a came to measure. Following acceptance of the quotation, deposit paid, to the planned installation date, everything went well. Today saw the completion of two bay windows and a small bedroom window replacements. Plus some new units to the rear of our property, Dale the fitter, was simply excellent; we couldn’t have asked for better service. The quality is top notch and with a 10 year guarantee it is stress less. I would highly recommend Abelglass and they will be my ‘go to’ company a future requirements

No question, Abelglass will be getting ALL our future glass business, we ordered a specialist piece of glass, cut, ground & coloured, we wanted it in a hurry, they rushed it through, even opened the factory especially over a bank holiday weekend such that we could take delivery and included in our order other items we hadn’t thought of but absolutely needed. Throughout this process, this company has been efficient, courteous and professional. The office were as helpful as the fitters. They have repaired and cleaned an antique interior skylight and done an amazing job. They even managed to source some glass that is no longer manufactured to replace a cracked piece. Thank you!

A pleasure all the way through. Right from the start we were advised by Abbie who was both helpful and friendly. Dave Kaye came out to measure and talked us through the whole process without any of the pushiness you can sometimes get with other companies. Made suggestions but left us to decide what we wanted. Gave us an estimate which Toria sent through via Email next day and by post a few days later. Four weeks later the day arrived and Dale came to fit the three windows. Fabulous job! Windows look great and he cleaned and hoovered up everything so it was spotless afterwards. We are going to have our Front door and porch done next year, so we will be back with them then. Thanks to all.

I have used Abelglass over many years for my personal work and for my rental properties aswell, all i can say is they are the best in this industry and offer an extensive range of services, from the first phone call to their office and original survey with Dave all i can say is that everyone from this company is so customer service focused which these days is so nice to see,hear and experience, now my flat is on the second floor with only stairs but John and Jay never moaned just got stuck in and carried all the new windows and tools etc up the 2 flights of stairs, there was a little huffing and puffing but no complaints from them!! with regard to the fitting of the windows the protective covers were down and they went straight to work!! expert fitting and perfect finish and they worked better with a good brew inside them!! I was out with my business most of the time and left them to it as very trustworthy guys and with a smile and a sense of humour!!! they cleaned up after the work and my flat was left spotless, Thanks guys great work, i am so so pleased with my new windows and the service i have received from Abelglass Thank you.

Very prompt response to my request for the replacement of a broken double glazed window. David called within the hour to measure and place order for me. Nicola kindly telephoned me the day after regarding payment. A well organised and professional service experienced

Supposed to come and look at my balcony door and repair it. They cancelled my appointment twice and didn’t turn up to the third. Dreadful service, would never contact or use them again

Ok Abel glass supplies my frames for the front
Of the house…. Once fitted ( not by Abel glass) we noticed some of the sills had white showing through the black we contacted our fitter who relayed the problem to Abel glass… a man with a marker pen came
Out and coloured the white bits in and also tried to repair two marks in the frame with wax one was successful and one failed also we showed him a small blister in the frame of our bay window and he said it was a grain of
Polymer trapped under it … we asked him to send the supplier to look at it ….. no one came so I waited a few months and rang Abel glass to see what could be done on the
Phone they agreed to change the 2 offending frames…. A few months later our fitter came
To fit the smaller of the two frames and I asked him where the other one was he replied that Abel glass were not
Going to change the big frame just give me a five year gaurentee…. I was not happy with this resolution so I rang Abel glass and they denied that they said that they were changing the frame with the blister…. I challenged them on this and they were adamant that this was not what they agreed…. In the end I said I would see them in the small claims court and hung up … within 10 mins they rang my fitter and said they would reorder my frame…. These have since been fitted satisfactorily…. If you want quality and good service do not use Abel glass in Blackpool….

I have a large shop window in a building that is 130 years old so it is a tricky job. Abelglass were fantastic from measuring to fitting. They were extremely quick and efficient.

I have just had a front bay windows replaced and have had my leaded light window tops incapsulated. They look amazing.

I have also had my bedroom sash windows replaced with PVC sash windows. I loved my wooden sash windows but I was having too much condensation. So with a heavy heart chose PVC sash as my replacement. I am so glad I have as they are so nice. They look stunning.

The company have been first class from the start. And John the fitter has done an amazing job fitting the windows. As well as Dave and all the other staff from Abelglass. I would highly recommend this company. Also very good on price.

Would just like to express our thanks and satisfaction to all the team at Abelglass. Today they completed the last of the works at our home. Over the course of the last 8 months they have replaced all the windows, installed bifold doors and replaced our garage doors with new doors and windows.

Over the three phases of this project, at every step they have been professional, amenable and just generally kind. My wife is Deaf, and the fitters( especially Dale), Dave and the staff in the office have all been fantastic and considerate when communicating with her.

Considering other quotes we had initially for the Bifolds ( phase1!) they offered very competitive pricing. Great communication, prompt service as well as most importantly a fantastic product.

As such, after the first phase, we were more than happy to go ahead and order all the other windows- and could not be happier! Cannot recommend them highly enough, on every level - only wish others were as trustworthy, consistent, friendly and reliable.

My husband and I have been repeat customers of Abelglass for almost 10 years, purchasing doors and windows for our home and rental properties. We have found the customer service excellent from receiving quotations to installation. The fitters are polite and conscientious, tidying up any mess that comes with an install as they go. We have also found there after sales services good too. There was a slight issue with leaded glass in a door needing attention a few years after installation, which Abelglass dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Will we continue to use Abelglass again in the future and would we recommend them? Absolutely! Almost 10 years of consistent professionalism and quality products with excellent customer service makes them the company of choice for us.

We contacted Abelglass mid September and expected to be waiting months for our extension to be done (like most other companies), but we were extremely impressed on how quick they were to help us. The week after the first contact we were met by David to give us our quote and he did everything he could to reassure us they'd do a good job.

Good job was an understatement, they've done amazing. We are so happy with the work, I cant fault them in any way at all.

Dale & Brandon, absolute credit to the company. They were incredible and didn't even let the rain get in the way. Everything is perfect and each day they cleaned everywhere and kept everything tidy for us.

David who we met first has done nothing but make the experience the best it could be. Weekly contact to keep us updated and everything stayed on track. Abelglass were the last company to come and give us a quote and it was really a "save the best till last" moment. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. Thank you so much again.
