We ordered the 3 piece suit and two out…

We ordered the 3 piece suit and two out of the 3 items didnt fit, spent an afternoon on hold, option 3 for exchanges says picked a wrong option and both option 1 and 2 hold you for 15 minutes then say a message and say continue holding then disconnect you, sent emails that are unanswered and i sent back the 2 items we need to exchange sent guaranteed delivery for monday and we should of had notification over 24 hours ago and heard nothing back, did receive a phone call last week by chance asking how the service was and i explained i needed to send back 2 items and that we were on a deadline as the 5-7 days delivery time for the first suit turned into 14 days and now we have heard nothing and no suit has arrived today despite being told once the items were received we would receive the replacements on a 24 hour delivery which puts it at today and as yet we havent even been given notification it has been dispatched. the phone system has the same issues as last week so i am unable to speak to anybody! At the moment my husband will be best man at a wedding with nothing but a tie, shirt and waistcoat next weekend, not happy at all service terrible would not recommend

AVOID !!

AVOID !!
Purchased a suit which took a nearly 3 months to turn up.
The suit was a poor quality and cut. Sent the suit straight back which was acknowledged by abitto with a refund due within 14 days.
No Refund received.. chased them with no response or a refund. :-((((((((((

You’ll get a much better suit in “Next” for a better price, better sales care, & superior aftercare.
So like I say I would just “avoid”.. A company like this I doubt will have longevity in the end.

I ordered a suit for Goodwood

I ordered a suit for Goodwood, when the suit arrived I tried it on only for it to be too small, I checked the sizes against other suits I own (Next, River Island, Boss etc) and found out the suit they sent me is the wrong size even though the label says different. I followed there return process paid for it to be returned and signed for. I had notification from Royal mail it had been delivered on the 22nd August. I followed up with emails. They then said they received the suit on the 28th August (even though I sent them proof it was received on the 22nd) and I will get the refund within 14 days. 14 days have well and truly past and I have no refund. I have emailed 6-7 times and had no reply, I have tried to call and no answer. I will now need to look at what I can do legally to get my money back.

Quick delivery

Quick delivery, suit fitted well with exception of the trousers which were too long, no time to return them. However suit was of good quality.

I ordered on the 14/09/24 still not…

I ordered on the 14/09/24 still not received had a tracking number but shipping company say they’ve no package only the label. Will update further if I ever get the order. Update spoke to someone over chat and was given a refund, let’s see how long it takes.

Horrendous customer care

Horrendous customer care. Items returned and acknowledged on 12th Aug no refund received despite repeated promises to do so and now no replies even to emails - no doubt they will reply to this asking for an order number so they can ‘investigate’ in the sure knowledge that that cannot be replied to and that no one would put their order number in the public domain. Come on Abitto just do the right thing

Please avoid!!

Please avoid. Items do not get sent unless you chase it up. Items also do not arrive as ordered, fittings/quality is very poor and you’ll not receive your refund!!

I’ve requested a refund which I doubt I’ll get a response so luckily I’ve paid using a credit card.
Update- It is now 2 weeks since Abitto confirmed they’ve received my returns and still no refund
Update#2 - it has been over a month now and I’ve still not received my refund
Update#3 - I’ve now received my refund after they ignored my emails, I had to go through my bank

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

We purchased a suit for my husband back in July. On receipt of the suit, it looked as though it had been worn as the material on the sleeve was bobbled.
We returned the suit immediately as requested and paid for recorded delivery as asked. Albitto confirmed that the suit had been received.
This was in July and we still haven't received a refund. I would strongly recommend that you do NOT buy from this company otherwise you may find yourself in the same position. You cannot even speak with anyone. They send you a response to say they are processing the refund but this is not the case. I assume they are using some form of AI to respond so you think that someone is following up.

About - Sheer Incompetence

I ordered a suit for my son who was going to a wedding, 6 weeks in advance of the event. I paid for next day delivery expecting it to arrive promptly. Nearly 3 weeks later and having had to chase Abitto the said suit finally arrived. My son came home for the weekend tried on the jacket and he would have had to be an orang utang for that suit to fit despite ordering a short fit. I tried ringing to confirm the return of the suit but couldn’t get through to anyone. Finally received an email reply with the returns information and sent the suit back the same day. The suit was received by Abitto on the 5th September and as of today the 27th September I am still waiting for the refund of the money paid for the suit. I finally managed to find webchat and was told it takes 14 days from receipt of the return to processing of the refund which should have been Weds. I would advise anyone to think twice about using this company they are utterly incompetent. I am now going to have to get my credit card company to pursue return of the funds.

No refund for returned items

Suits are in no way slim fit, like stated. They are baggr and horrible, so I sent them back. That's not the issue, happens all the time with online clothes. The problem is that it has been a month now since I get the confirmation email they had received the return and still no refund. I only get deflection emails from their customer service

Still waiting to be refunded 6 weeks later

I bought a 3 piece suit for a wedding which my wife and I were invited to. It was too small and so sent it back via next day Special Delivery and immediately ordered the next size up with Express Delivery, which promises delivery within 3 days, to ensure it arrived on time. It didn't. It arrived 6 days later whilst we away at the wedding and so badly packed (in a plastic bag!) that the courier DPD had to add tape to keep it together, even so I could still see the exposed suit!. I also returned this via Special Delivery but, after 6 weeks, I STILL haven't been refunded despite numerous emails. The first suit was purchased via Klarna, and they have today refunded the payment I made after I filed a complaint. Klarna did in fact warn me before purchasing that "an above average number of complaints have been received about Abitto" and that I should "proceed with caution".
I'm still waiting to be refunded for the second suit which, unfortunately, was paid for via debit card so a longer appeal process.There are safer options for you if you want to buy a suit online.

Still No Refund

(Order Number 27400) Had an email stating that the suit had been received on 28th August and that a refund was being processed. This refund has still not been received and radio silence on emails. Avoid this company. Have given them 7 days to update or this will be escalated to the Financial Ombudsman and Trading Standards to ensure this company is not allowed to operate in the UK, due to breaches of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Wrong Sizes and still no Refund!! Passed 14 days...

I have order two suits from this company, one suit was completely the wrong size, both blazer and trousers. These were both returned back to you and received 4th September. It has now passed the 14 day policy mark for my refund and still no processing email or anything even after having a conversation with someone on your online chat saying 'you will receive this by 4pm today'. Today is the 15th day...

The second suit I ordered also was the completely wrong size, so I had to go out and pay a tailor to sort right before a wedding. The suits do not match up with M&S sizes at all as well. Lovely coloured suits but I do not see how you can mess the sizes up that badly after paying customers are spending their money.

#27709 this is my order number, I would like a response or an update regarding my refund or I will be taking this further. It is ridiculous that a paying customer has to be chasing for a refund when they are obliged to get it back.

You have also broke your policy by not repaying within the time frame which Abitto have stated they do. I have sent 2 emails to their office, no reply. As soon as it hit 4pm yesterday the online chat went quiet also.

Please respond to myself today. Disappointed is an understatement.

Cheap for a reason

Already put a review now Abitto asking for a review.
So deleted first one as dont want duplicate.
Lets be fair and put delayed delivery to one side.
Terms and conditions breach consumer rights act,
So suit arrived on 20th,
Tried it on as soon as getting back from work. 10 mins later was back in bag to go back.

Positive
material seems good, trouser leg length excellent, waist size ok with a belt.
Negative
Cant get hand in right pocket of trousers as not sewn in properly.
Waist coat had button missing, not that it would make any difference as it was about 4 inch too small.
Jacket whilst label says 44 was more like a 38.
Sent email to orders@abitto requesting a return form.
On Sat 21st. Monday no reply to email, but did manage to get sent a return form via chat, saying i need to inform them of return by email to orders@abitto.
Form printed out and suit sent back on Monday special delivery. Suit delivered at 10:03 am with photo proof of delivery.
24th still awaiting a reply to any email.
So far quality and sizing is very poor.
Customer service non existent via email, but did get through on chat, who tell you to email.
Note to Abitto
If orders are advertised as in stock and there is delay, let the customer know.
Many reviews mention poor sizing, you need to investigate and rectify why your getting it so wrong.
Quality control needs serious address.
!! Please reply to emails !!
RM tracking JS042975309GB shows you received return at 10;03 on 24th sept. Please refund asap, as it seems you also have issues giving refunds, lets not this be the case,
