Suit fits amazingly and great customer service.

I ordered two suit jackets to see which size fitted best. I then returned one for a refund. Their policy says the refund would be with me after 14 working days, but I am yet to receive it, despite emailing twice to remind them to process it for me. Very disappointed with their service.

unfortunately you sent to me the wrong size which I didn't ask for !
and I ended up attending the wedding without a suit
luckily for me it was a worm weather in Marbella.
But I was really disappointed.
Anyway I have sent the suit back and I'm waiting for the refund process to be completed.
I understand sometimes things can be difficult.
but you could do better.

Suit arrived in a few days! I was also able to exchange the jacket at no cost as I had provided the incorrect size, and am expecting the replacement soon.

Suit trousers were far too long had to have them altered. Waistcoat had a small rip in it. Needed to have them repaired at the cost of £40.

Experiencing the same issue as another customer, refund not received and Rachel not responding to my latest request for refund of order 27615.
Return acknowledged as received by Abitto on 28th August 24, although actually delivered back to them before then. Still no refund received on 20th September.

Customer support was fantastic, the sizings were a little off to what I had measured, I'm not a professional so take that as you will, yet they were happy to swap them out for me if required, which one suit I did 3 times, at my own expense for shipping which is to be expected from a small family business.

Notification wise was a bit a miss at first but after some back and forth it soon improved.

Overall I am happy with the products, customer service and experience.

I ordered 7 lilac knitted ties across different orders, but I have only received two that match my expectations. Below are the details of the orders:

Order 28137 (2 ties): This order was perfect, and the ties received are as expected.
Order 27566 (1 tie): The tie delivered was in the wrong color, as I received a purple tie instead of the lilac tone.
Order 27565 (4 ties): Two ties were delivered in the wrong tone (purple instead of lilac), and the other two were sent to the wrong address.
To resolve this, I kindly request that you replace the 3 purple ties with the correct lilac ones.

I have attached a picture to an email I send you for for your reference. The ties highlighted in red are the incorrect ones, and those in green are the correct ones.

I took delivery yesterday of a three piece cream linen suit in preparation for a long forthcoming holiday in warmer climes. Before ordering I asked a question online about the suit and got a swift and helpful reply. The fabric is lovely and the cut smart and sharp - very happy with it. The trousers are longer than needed but a local tailor will sort that. I’m slightly disappointed that it took much longer to deliver than expected - but worth the wait.

Good quality tweed threads delivered timeously. Trousers a little too long - but an easy fix. Will order again.

Tweed 3 piece suit arrived on time.

The 3 piece suit fits perfectly & the quality is superb. It was the first time I have ordered/purchased a tweed suit & I'm blown away with the whole experience. Delivery was quick & as stated when I made my order. Highly recommend.

I placed an order for a linen suit which arrived but I returned it as it wasn't to my taste. Abitto recieved the suit on 13th Aug 2024 and I was emailed to say the refund of £160 would be sent within 10 days. It's now 19th Sep 2024 and I still haven't received my refund. I have emailed Rachel at Abitto and she was helpful at the start but now radio silence. I have emailed customer service and no response from there either. I also called the contact number and the option 3 to speak to someone regarding returns doesn't exist anymore. Can someone help asap!!! My order number is 27352.

You say I have been refunded. Which account has this been sent to as I don't have any records of it being sent back and also I didn't receive an email on the refund either.

You have not responded to my email - the suit is stained and the sizes do not match reality.

My custom sized suit measurements were not used and I recieved a jacket and waistcoat which were far too small in lenght/chest size.Also bought a pair of matching brogues and was sent 2 left shoes.will return all.very ,very poor

I returned it according to instructions.

Refund was delayed. I had to chase for it more than once.

Am sorry to say but it’s not the best quality and the colour wasn’t the same as I ordered from the picture that’s why unfortunately I am returning the suit.

Would of been happy to give 5 stars except for two issues.
1, don't believe the delivery information about if you order with a time frame you will get next day. You don't you have to complain 4/5 days later and that seams to get some action.
The other is more a personal issue I'm 6'2" and 46 waist yes a chubby chap but we cannot be stick insects, the trousers whilst fit lovely the length of the leg I would have to be 6'8 for these to fit exactly but that is the joy of ordering on line, other than that the suit is well made and finished off nicely. for the money I believe it to be good value. but if you want it quick dont go there. give your self time.

Ordered a three piece suit but trousers were way too big, they were exchanged very easily and the suit is very good qaulity. I’ve already recommended Abbott to a few friends.

Received fantastic tweed suit .Two pieces didn't fit and were replaced very quickly.
Excellent quality and excellent service from start to finish .
Would highly recommend.
