I ordered a pair of nikey sneakers and i hoped that they will me legit, fast forward they are not legit 100% fake. The box was not original, the sneakers were worn before for sure, the white part of them is actually black and dirty. I contacted them on the phone line and promised me a refound but the money will be back in max 14 days from now and they promised me a voucher, this does not bring me any confort beacause i needed them. I regret a lot trusting their online immaculate image and the good reviews. I’m not going to place another order on this website ever in my life again, and I will tell my experience to everybody around me.

Easy to search and filter the products on the site. Easy to order and to return. Prompt communication/ notifications.

There isn't a single thing that about you isn't doing great. What I would like more is for example the "best price in 30 days" feature could be extended for a larger period of time.

Fast delivery, product according to the website

I’m a frequent buyer on About You and have generally been satisfied with my purchases. However, over the past month, I’ve experienced two issues that have been quite disappointing.

The first involved an order of Nike boxer briefs. When the package arrived, it had clearly been opened and one pair was missing—I only received two instead of three. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that I could only receive a refund if I returned the two remaining pairs. I found this response unhelpful, as I was simply asking for a voucher or some compensation for the missing item, which would have been a much simpler and less time-consuming solution.

More recently, I purchased a pair of Nike Air Dunk Jumbos, and after less than a month of infrequent wear, the stitching on one of the shoes has already started to come apart. If I had bought them from anywhere else, I would have assumed they were replicas.

These experiences have made me seriously reconsider shopping with About You in the future.

I like how easy is to use “about you”, how many brends, you have a lot of products were you can choose, a lot of discounts…but i give four stars because i prefer to pick up by myself a package, not from a delivery man

This company doesn't provide accurate refunds or not at all. Be careful when returning products. Customer service is not helpful.

The products are nice and qualitative but lately the delivery takes longer than usual

The website is easy to use and has a lot of information. The shipping is fast depending on the warehouse having the ordered item. The return is easy and reimbursement is fast.
