I have ordered the merchandise on 04.02.2026.
Delivery confirmed to 10-12.02.2026.
Tracking nr was generated but on 19.02.2026 the merchandise is still not dispatched.
The tracking number generation is a misleading scam in order to create a false sense of trust.
On 17.02.2026 I filed a complaint on chat.
They promised someone will get back to me.
Nothing happened , the product has still mot arrived, customer service has not responded.
Update: they promised a full
price voicher if the product will not arrive by 23rd of February.
No product no voucher. FRAUD
