I ordered some arm sleeves (for running) but found they were too small and needed to exchange them. I had a reply from the company almost instantly, and the process of exchanging the sleeves went very smoothly.

I was really shocked to experience excessive pilling the first time I tried this shirt. I wore it with a Salomon ADV Skin vest for 2-hours [running 1/2 marathon distance] and when I took it off was really surprised. My t-shirt looks very badly worn and not something I'd suggest a charity shop would even sell; and probably opt to send it for 'ragging'.

I contacted Umberto and sent him pictures, and he told me this was not normal, and that these shirts are suitable to wear with vests. However, he doesn't accept any responsibility and lays the blame at the Salomon vest. He did offer me another t-shirt at cost price, but this would make the experience even more expensive for such a high priced item; and not something I'd trust wearing with my vests now. He told me that "the softness of the material and friction between the running vest and the top will cause that. But it won't create holes". Essentially, this experience has come at a high cost to me and I have a t-shirt that looks very odd and extremely badly worn for one use.

I've been running for for 30-years now and never experienced anything like it. I'd suggest Salomon vest wearers, with a model bought from 2022 onwards, think very carefully about buying one of these shirts if wanting to wear with their vest. I've asked Umberto if he'd add a note on his website to warn runners about this but would be surprised if he takes action.

Sadly, this has been an expensive and regrettable experience.

I love this gear, base layer worked a treat on my last 45 miler on the Cornish Coast Paths. Still smells nice after a few uses. Ooops. Just bought another one. 🧡✌🏼

Purchased a lovely bobble hat, Absolute360 socks, bright green running hat and top. Delighted with the quality and service. Wore the bobble hat at the weekend and got lots of lovely comments - plus it kept me cosy warm.

Extremely thin leggings so thin you can see unnderwear through them so not fit for purpose as outerwear. They are like 30 denier tights!

Customer service is appauling as I asked for a refund as they are not as advertised or fit for purpose as outerwear,as advertised. I was refused as they have been worn for one day, when I was told that my underwear could be seen through them. They are in breach of legal statutory rights.

I have bought several items from Absolute 360 over the past year and am really impressed. It's hard to do find good FIR clothing, most is dull and functional, this stuff is lightweight and comes in great colours.

It's all really hard wearing and layers up wonderfully and the bio-ceramic properties are so effective for improved performance and recovery time.

Would be quick to recommend despite the prices being reasonably high for sportswear. Customer service very quick to respond, and really helpful. The products were excellent quality product- I suppose you get what you pay for.
