It doesn’t dissolve in cold water & the smell once mixed is awful. The powder smells lovely but changes once mixed with water.

What lovely customer service. As time passes my skin and hair needs are changing. I wanted to have the option to swap between the between the Skin Pro and Hair Pro gels without having to run stop and start subscriptions. A quick question to the team was answered quickly and Biancha came back with an option to have a monthly delivery with two weeks supply of each gel one the one subscription. Perfect and I am one very happy Absoluter!

I am religiously using the product, but have not noticed any difference yet. I am still using it though.

Be aware that you will be signing up to a subscription unless you ‘unclick’ the subscription button in your first order. I wanted to try this powder before reordering it. It wasn’t until I received the next month’s supply that I realised their sales technique. It can catch out the busy and the elderly - and they don’t accept returns or give refunds.

I’ve been a customer for some time now and have so far been very pleased with all products. However, I must admit I don’t like the new lemon flavoured Liquid Collagen. I always mix it in my O.J. every morning and now I can taste it, whereas before there wasn’t much of a taste so maybe it’s too strong for me. Also I use eye cream, serum, day and night cream and have all on subscriptions which seems to work out fine, even though I invariably seem to need to delay the subscription. I think Absolute is a very competitive brand and good to know they are always working to improve. Loving the travel sizes in everything too.

Collagen that's not too costly, I now have a monthly subscription so I don't have to reorder which is a time saver. With my first purchase I received a make up bag with gifts inside so you can try some of their creams, I love the neck & Dec cream and it's in my Skincare routine avidly, smells gorgeous too. AC send frequent email, not overbearing, but there is some informative stuff in them, I like the smoothie recipes one. And this week, I received a lovely email stating my 2nd batch of collagen would be with me this week and that I have a free gift on the way, their deep lift serum. I'm yet to be able to comment on the actual results of using AC's products as I'm only a month in, but so far, I cannot fault this brand.

Very poor service from this company. Ordered on 22 May, as of today 2 June nothing received. They just tell me to track the order via parcel force and on the site it says dispatched 22 May. I can't rate the product as I haven't received it but customer service regarding non delivery or lost delivery is poor.
I have requested a refund

Really like product feels like it’s working already , Day cream is lovely feels great on skin, so far very happy.

I love the skin pro which has also helped my nails and hair.
The collagen definitely eases the aches in hips knees and back.

I have been using Absolute Collagen for about 12 months.. I can see a definite improvement in my skin and hair. Skin brighter.

I really like that I can stir the collagen powder into my tea. It's the first time my face doesn't sting when applying the face creams. My skin feels so soft and there is a visible difference to my lines on my face and neck, supple and smoother.
The shampoo and conditioner also make my hair feel more voluminous and yet still soft. I think my hair loss is slowing up too.

So happy with my collagen and I wouldn't be without it now!

The website is too complicated. The subscription settings are confusing and annoying. I’ve got separate subscriptions for the two types of product and they started piling up, and amending them on the app was too hard.

They are great if you ring them, but I honestly wish it was easier to use the website to manage subscriptions and they had a better process.

I also miss their most relevant notification emails because they send so many emails.

The whole thing should be simpler.

Need to cancel my subscription - no one answers the telephone, they do not call back even though the recorded message promises they will. They don’t reply to emails and they don’t allow you to do it on the account you have to set up ! Continue to take money even though I have tried several times to cancel

I was very happy when my husband bought the day and night cream however within 48 hours, I have developed red bumps all over my forehead. Have stopped using and waiting for them to go down hopefully soon but gutted that my skin has reacted so badly to these products after spending so much money.
