Ordered 3 items but returned 1. I am still waiting for the refund 2 weeks later. This is not really acceptable as other retailers are able to refund items within a few days.

Love the motion shorts , so comfortable for walking and camping , so much so I bought another colour and got them in the sale so great bargain

Love Açai clothing. I can’t rate a 5 star as the return and refund process is very slow with very little communication like most other online stores. Really am hoping they improve this

Trousers arrived via Amazon so great service, they fit well and are super warm and comfy to wear. If anything they are a little long, I am 5 ft 4 ins. Not a problem as I will be trudging through mud in hiking boots !

Ordered next day delivery, item said delivered but nothing here and nothing on ring doorbell. No response to emails. No number to ring.

Edited to add, 8 days have now passed with no response. I did a charge back via my bank to get a full refund.

I am not the only person with this issue of non communication.

Edited again: I have responded with order number however still no response from my original email 8 days ago.

I loved the product, but I got the wrong size, and wanted to change for a smaller size which is really difficult I’ve been told it could take 21 days???so in the meantime I don’t want to order another pair as they are not cheap untill I can exchange ..

My order didn't arrive, the courier sent me a notification that there was an issue with my package and it had to be returned to sender. I emailed Acai to see what had happened and ask if I could get my order replaced as soon as possible as it was meant to be a gift for someone but they never replied, I haven't had a refund, haven't had my item and haven't had a response to my email it's been really disappointing

Delivered quickly but had to return some products. Two weeks later and still no refund.

Love açai clothing they are well made good quality hardwearing and the best clothing for outdoors I have ever come across

Just awful experience, particularly having been a customer of Acai for many years. I have sent three emails to customer service regarding an outstanding refund with absolutely no reply, not even an automated one. I then took the time to write the following letter to the owner on the 20 July and I have received no response. Sadly I will not be purchasing anything from this company again and I am still out of pocket.

I hope you don't mind me contacting you directly.

I have been an ACAI customer since the early days of the company and have always loved both the quality of your clothing and what the brand stands for.

Just before the COVID lockdown, I was honoured to be invited by you and your team to a customer weekend to help shape ACAI's future. Although the event was sadly cancelled because of the pandemic, I have never forgotten what a lovely gesture it was and how valued it made me feel as a customer.
That is why it is particularly upsetting to find myself in the position of having to repeatedly chase outstanding refunds.

I am currently trying to resolve a refund relating to Order AC490303, placed on 5 May 2026, totalling £175.20.

The items were returned some time ago and, although my later return from Order AC497487 has now been refunded, I have still not received the refund for the May order.

I contacted your customer service team on 10 July and received an automatic acknowledgement advising that I would receive a response within five business days. Unfortunately, I have now received no response whatsoever.

I completely understand that your team may be experiencing a high volume of enquiries, but this refund has now been outstanding for over two months and I simply don't know how else to resolve it.

I would be extremely grateful if you could ask someone to investigate this matter and let me know when the outstanding refund of £175.20 will be credited to my original payment method.

I genuinely hope this can be resolved directly. I have recommended ACAI to many friends over the years and would much rather continue to be a happy customer than have to pursue the matter through my bank.

Easy to order with quick and reliable delivery. Comfortable and practical clothing.

I have ACAI thermal trousers, legging, wind proof fleeces, cozy fleeces, light weight fleeces and a waterproof jacket - they are my go to comfy, outdoor wear for travel adventures, photography days out and casual wear. I highly recommend this brand for quality, style, comfort and practicality.

Very bad experience, waiting jacket it's came, but not what expected, refunded item, but didn'tget my refund, contact with seller very difficult. Not recommended, I am without jacket and without refund end of the day. 😞😞😞

This company gives women a bad name. They model themselves as champions of females and yet their service and customer care to the demographic they purport to support is not trustworthy. Having spent a considerable amount of money with them I had to return an item, a coat. The return process has been shady to say the least. No acknowledgement of the return. No refund forthcoming and no response to emails and messages. Very disappointing and as I said untrustworthy. I can't recommend as I feel I have been robbed by them given that they have my money and now have the coat I sent back for the currently nonexistent refund.

Edit: I would just like to clarify that the reply to this review is the only communication the company have had with me regarding their returns service. There is nothing in my emails or spam.

I love the clothing and my order arrived quicker than I expected!

I like the quality of the ladies clothing however refunds for some unsuitable items took far too long, 3 weeks. Even though it states refund could take 21 working days to appear, and it did, it is at least two weeks longer than is reasonable and I had to chase it up.

Delivery was good and products good but have been trying to do a return for 3 items and have recieved no return label to attach to return package.
Have contacted yourselves twice now regarding this and not one reply..😪

Bought the bag which in itself is lovely and I received many complements. Being an outdoor company I was pleased to see it is showerproof as working with dogs I can get caught out in a shower. Unfortunately said shower completely ruined the bag and it is now darker/ looks dirty in places across most of the bag. Tried spot cleaning, made it worse. So buy if you’re looking for a shoulder bag but not suitable for dog walkers/trainers.
