ACC Liverpool / M& S Arena Customer Service
Firstly, I question why, on the Trust Pilot introduction to my Review, the ACC Arena and Convention Centre in Liverpool is classed as USA, when it is the star of Liverpool's Kings Dock.
Otherwise commonly known as the M&S Arena, this Arena hosts some of the best bands / artists and comedians / shows and many other World Class Events.
My many personal experiences are of the Sodexo Lounge, positioned on the Waterfront side, with a delightful view across the River Mersey, which is one of the friendliest and pleasant ways to attend a Concert in total comfort.
With early (Door) opening entry, usually an Interval, and after-show service, which means a comfortable wait for the large crowds to leave.
Better in here than in a vehicle queue!
It consists of a welcome drink, a delightful food Platter and outstanding Table Service, with its own very clean Toilets.
Behind all this is an outstanding Hospitality Customer Service - one that actually listens to, and looks after, its' customers. It also quickly listens to, and deals with, any customer comments even if, rarely, when a complaint is received.
A very worthwhile and recommended experience every time.
