When talking to consultant it seems like everything is explained and straightforward. Then it gets to signing the agreement/ contract and you’re not given time to read it. I asked to read it and sign later, but was told “no we have to go through it together”. That should’ve been the red flag.
Once signed, you can read the contract. And I felt mislead and not given all the correct information.
